Everything was top notch.. I checked past midnight but no hassles. I was a bit underwhelmed when they requested me to checkout before 11am citing another booking. I protested as their check out times while booking are 12pm and check in is at 3pm - leaving them ample time for turning around the room.
Rest of the experience was amazing. The room was fantastic and the breakfast spread was to die for.

The location is close to the airport, and the lunch and breakfast buffets are diverse. Special praise should be given to the restaurant service staff, who are very friendly and responsive to all requests! Also tried the hotel massage, very relaxing! Recommended for travelers who want to experience a different Indian style, very satisfied!

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

GGuest UserThis lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

EEHSANIt is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance.
Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise.
But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel?
But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options.
Clean & decorated room.
Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good.
Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM.
Nearby Shopping District.
As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

SShree Vardhan MundhraCheck in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

The buffet had a wide variety of options, from freshly baked pastries and bread to hot dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. There were also plenty of healthy choices, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and an assortment of cereals. The coffee was strong and fresh, and I appreciated the selection of teas and juices as well. The staff was attentive, constantly refilling items and ensuring the area stayed clean. Overall, it was the perfect way to start the day, and I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional breakfast!”

TTanjilHonestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details:
Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art.
Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture.
Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in.
ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers.
Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive.
Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.

QQIFANOverall, the hotel is older and the facilities are older, but the location is better and it is closer to where I am going.
It wasn't much at first, and the main two points were not very satisfying: 1) If you checked in a few hours in advance, you will be charged half a day's room rate, and you can't discuss the price; 2) Late check out will also be charged a half day room rate. The charges are understandable and the facilities are outdated, but the overall attitude is not very satisfactory. In the case of choice, this will not be chosen. But occasionally stayed, nothing, the overall recommendation is moderate.
