Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

Good location as per local standard. Nice roof top swimming pool. Opposite have the biggest mall at Perkanbaru. Off from city Center but there is still some traffic. Near to many Chinese halal restaurants such as Warung Merry etc.

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

Hotel is right beside mall and convenience. However the hotel is very narrow in design and not like usual hotel. Food is ok. Services is great

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

room cleanliness is ok Mushroom area needs attention The service really needs to be improved Do we look suspicious huh..😬 We ordered 3 bedrooms total 4 adults, 5 kids. service at the pool, restaurant, the receptionist seemed afraid of not being paid even though we had a deposit of 300 thousand for the key.. At the pool, we were interrogated first Borrowing pool towels for kids after swimming to the room, they objected and were suspicious Breakfast took a long time to refill, we also didn't mind the additional costs for 2 little girls, kindergarten and 1st grade elementary school. We also saw employees like SPV hanging out for breakfast, it was already past 10 am The check out process was a bit long..  I rarely check out while waiting.. usually they give me the key to the reception and go straight to the bus cuzz  Okay, let's try, you know Maybe we're just not used to it because we've almost never experienced service like this in Surabaya & Malang

The room is clean and breakfast is awesome. Free parking also provided just tell the receptionist n bring the parking ticket

This is the most worth it hotel in Duri. There is a swimming pool, the bed is soft. The interior and exterior are okay. The food is also very varied. Around the hotel there are many food stalls, so no need to bother

It would be a great place with maintenance especially for wall painting, has a strategic location, tasty and various menu for breakfast

The room is comfortable, clean. Overall, the hotel is really good, especially if you bring children. There is a children's playground and a swimming pool.
