Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings.

Ideal location for North Terminal. Room was clean and bright with first-class linen. It's a shame that, whilst the room was advertised as having a double-bed, it was in fact a double mattress on top of two singles! This meant a large ridge down the middle and my wife and I were consigned to our individual dips on either side. IMHO this description is misleading.

Quite frankly, by day 2 we had fallen in love with the place, all staff on all sections were brilliant. All facilities were clean, well maintained and up to spec. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, 2 saunas, ice plunge pool, tennis courts, orchard and children's play area. There is also archery, bike hire and even boat hire so you can have a little trip on the river. We didn't do breakfast but there is a lovely little coffee bar with pastries and for the evening meal the main restaurant operates a buffet style with about 30 options so you could try a little bit of everything. The quality of the food was also very good. Finally I'll just mention that my partner enjoyed a couple of treatments at the spa and said her experience was superb. We live fairly local but decided to stay here as my daughter & her friends prom was at the wine estate local to the hotel, we wanted to make our girls prom a little more special. Staff we’re very helpful friendly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect Cold water in fridge fans in the room and the weather has been hot. Food we ordered from the menu in our room was great & friends eat in the bar area which was also very good. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The location is very nearby Gatwick Airport. Shuttle bus services are available, you may pay for a round trip fee when boarding the bus. Please do not throw away your shuttle bus receipt, the QR Code on it will be required for the next time. Breakfast and dinner are served, especially dinner until 10 pm. Bar is 24/7. The standard room is big, however the curtain for shower is somehow humid, and soundproof is not in good condition. All in all it is a good choice nearby the airport!

What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good.

I had a L shaped single room. At first appearance, it seemed very small though nicely decorated. The room seemed to grow and was  plenty big enough for one person. Equipped with coffee/tea  making facilities, even biscuits. All toiletries in the bathroom.  The staff were great! Helpful and polite….overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The location is perfect. Short walk to the city centre .

Corridors all over, like a rabbit warren. Comfortable room and bed, stained carpet, bath was high for stepping into for showering and paintwork was chipped / grubby. Nice bar, restaurant and courtyard, didn't eat there although breakfast looked great and reasonable. Plenty of free parking.
