All very well. Some lack of organization between reception and cleaning. Since the cleaning staff accesses the room to check if it is still occupied, this is at 8:15. I thought it could be a mistake, but when we returned to the room after breakfast, we saw the same case in another room that was also occupied. Otherwise everything perfect

It was a historic hotel that looked like a castle at first glance, but the facilities were renovated and clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious with salad, fruit and croissants, and there was also a coffee machine in Nesporesso. It was a complex building that could not go to the guest room without changing to the elevator 2, but there was no problem if I got used to it. The location was good because the elevator to go to the city of Toledo was also very close.

We drove to Toledo. The city is relatively small and has a hilly road. Parking is a bit difficult. The front desk couldn't explain the parking discount and usage. It took a lot of time to get the parking ticket and use it. The restaurant is good, with a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is large and antique. English communication is a bit flawed.
The hotel is located in the best scenic spot. Ten minutes walk up the mountain. A great choice for people who like silence. Thank you very much for introducing the best sunset shooting spot. There is also a barbecue stove in the courtyard on the roof of the hotel, and the breakfast is very rich.

For a 2* hotel this is a little gem. Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel
Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.
The room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed.

The hotel has a strategic location and is within easy reach of all major attractions. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and tidy, the hotel staff has a very good attitude, and the recommended restaurants are of good quality and low price. The breakfast is rich, tastes good and has many choices. Will definitely come again

How to say it, the hotel is actually good, although the room is relatively small, but the various facilities are basically complete, the only thing is the lack of a hot water bottle. But because the hotel is on the mountain, if it is going to drive, it will be more and more crashing. We arrived at night and followed the google map. We led us to a very narrow alley several times in a row, and finally we could only withdraw a little. In fact, the hotel has a relatively spacious road to reach, but I don't know why navigation is a guide. It is recommended that if you can't find a good road to drive, you can take a car up and down and ask the driver to bring it. The hotel has a small parking lot and breakfast is not bad.

MMaggieCuenca is a city built like Ronda on the mountain, famous for its hanging houses and suspension bridges. The hotel is opposite the hanging houses. The current King and Queen of Spain have been here for their honeymoon. This is a hotel converted from a monastery. It is old and elegant, clean and convenient. Go out and face the mountain. Come out at different times of the day and you will see the different colors of the mountain. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the old town opposite.
GGuest UserEl hotel no está muy bien ubicado, no tiene estacionamiento propio y es muy difícil estacion**** cerca. El hotel esta bonito y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia agradable pero si es muy complicado estacion**** cerca.
The hotel is not very well located, it does not have its own parking lot and it is very difficult to park nearby. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need for a pleasant stay but it is very difficult to park nearby.
WWEIRANBreakfast did not eat! A little distance from the scenic spot! It is very convenient to drive by car. It is necessary to go a little earlier. Sometimes it will be no place at night. There is no charge for parking! There is a bus to the cliff house at the door

GGuest UserThere is no electric kettle, and what is more terrible is that you can boil water with your own electric kettle. The boiled tap water is suspended particles and I dare not drink it. There is no parking space, just on Saturday, after I checked in, I spent 20 blindly on the street to find a parking space. It took about an hour to get back from the church after dinner to find a public parking lot with vacant seats.

GGuest UserAll perfect . It does not have parking although it has a parking lot nearby. You have to leave the car in the parking lot first if you don't have to give the bill to Toledo
