GGuest UserThe environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

GGuest UserThe three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

Convenience: 4 stars &Transportation – Because the park is quite large and requires golf cart shuttle service, there can sometimes be long waits. The flexibility of this transportation method needs improvement. &Dining – Limited options, and delivery from outside is also quite far since it's in the mountains. Cleanliness: 3.5 stars Suggestions: If it could align more with the standards of a 5-star hotel for cleanliness, the accommodation experience would be even more perfect. Suggestions: The unmanned convenience stores should offer more shopping choices, and an online ordering mini-program should be implemented! This is very important and easy to achieve, I hope to see this improvement next time I visit. Strongly Recommended: During check-in at noon, the waiting time was too long (even though official check-in is 3 PM, there are indeed guests who arrive as early as 12 PM). The lobby also gets too hot due to its open-air design. Optimization is suggested.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the lakefront, not far from the Broken Bridge, and right next to Wulin Night Market. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there's a kids' pool, which is great for families. Overall, it was a good stay, and any minor hiccup during check-in was promptly resolved by the lobby manager.

PPengsakelaasuojiaerInterContinental Qiandao Lake, exclusively occupying the Xian Shan Peninsula, is a scenic destination in itself, perfect for a slow-paced getaway. The hotel offers a rich variety of dining options. The breakfast buffet on the first floor boasts a wide selection, and we enjoyed several excellent meals at the Chinese restaurant. The late-night diner on the fifth floor, opening at 9 PM, became a regular treat for the kids after swimming, serving various instant noodles with fresh eggs and vegetables. There's also a Japanese restaurant outside the lobby, perfect for a relaxed meal after a scenic walk or bike ride around the lake. You can rent bicycles and 'Panda cars' to explore the island. The peninsula is ecologically pristine, with blue butterflies dancing and swallows flitting about, showcasing abundant wildlife. Both indoor and outdoor pools have regularly changed water and are well-maintained. The hotel also has its own yacht pier; simply book at the front desk or buy tickets at the lobby shop for direct access to Huangshan Peak, making travel incredibly convenient. The most heartwarming part of our stay was the housekeeping auntie. When she saw my child's summer homework spread out, she thoughtfully placed an eye-protection desk lamp, noticing the dim light in the room. This small act of kindness was truly touching. With one island, one hotel, far from the hustle and bustle, nestled between the lake and mountains, enjoying nature in peace – this is the ideal state of a vacation.

GGuest UserThis is a long-standing local five-star hotel. Before my stay, I was debating whether to choose the Atour next door, but after checking in, I was extremely satisfied. The front desk not only upgraded us to a family room but also gave us complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. The hotel has been newly renovated, it's clean and quiet, which was great. The breakfast was also very varied, and my family really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were also very professional and patient. They even gave us a souvenir when we left.

XXiaoqinengchikuI chose the Mercure on Fengqi Road for my trip to Hangzhou, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. It's very close to the subway station, so getting to West Lake and Hubin for shopping was a breeze. The room was meticulously cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The staff, especially Wanwan, were incredibly efficient and responsive whenever I had an issue. The breakfast selection was sufficient to fill me up and was enjoyable. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.
