The hotel staff were very warm, attentive, and gentle. The hotel is quite close to West Lake scenic area, and they have robots delivering meals, which my kids loved. They can also guide us to our rooms. The smart rooms have Xiao Du (a smart assistant) which you can use to control things like closing curtains and turning on the TV. The hotel's overall environment is also very good. My experience was pretty satisfying.

Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Excellent Service: Superb Quzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

Hotel near Shaoxing Downtown Area,Shaoxing 2.5% of visitors choose this area

Stepping into the lobby of Shaoxing Hotel, I finally understood what it means to find luxury 'hidden' in Jiangnan. It’s not the ostentatious, gilded kind, but rather white walls and dark tiles, winding paths leading to private courtyards, like a meticulously preserved Jiangnan garden. Passing through moon gates, circling around rockeries and ponds, Fushan Mountain is just a stone's throw away, with lush tree shadows stretching right to the windows. The front desk didn't hand me a room card, but a heavy brass key tied with a silk ribbon, feeling as if it could unlock the gates of some ancient mansion. The elevator walls were adorned with ink paintings, local masters' renditions of Shen Garden – the willow branches in the painting still drooped, as if you could hear the sighs of Lu You and Tang Wan. Suddenly, I realized that a five-star rating isn't displayed on a wall; it's hidden in the details – the weight of that brass key, the warmth of a handwritten note, the uncontainable pride in the tea master's eyes when talking about tea. The next morning, I was woken by birdsong. Pulling back the curtains, an old man was practicing Tai Chi in the courtyard, each movement slow, much like the pace of this city. Breakfast was at the buffet, and beyond the Western options, there was a dedicated Shaoxing snack station – freshly fried stinky tofu, freshly wrapped ai jiao dumplings, and freshly cooked Ciwu Dajian noodles. The chef, a local auntie, muttered as she cooked, “The broth needs to be ample, the noodles firm, and the toppings freshly stir-fried for the best aroma.” When leaving, the front desk asked if my stay was enjoyable. I said it was excellent. Even after driving a long way, I looked back and could still faintly see the white walls of Shaoxing Hotel standing amidst the tree shadows. It’s not flashy, not showy, just like this city – reserving its best for those willing to slow down.

Absolutely beautiful! The room decor truly captures the essence of Jiangnan. I initially thought staying by the water would be damp and cold, but stepping into the room completely changed my mind. It was warm, very clean, and incredibly cozy. The service at Wuzhen Xizha is excellent; they even handle luggage transport. After checking in at the visitor center, you can go explore, and your luggage will be delivered to your accommodation by staff. Thumbs up! 👍 You can capture stunning views right from your room, and the breakfast is plentiful and well-balanced – so delicious! I'll definitely come back if I get the chance. Thank you! 🌹

The hotel is located in Wenzhou's old town, near Wuma Street, making it quite convenient for getting around. While not overly luxurious, the hotel has a simple and comfortable design. The rooms are well-equipped, though, due to its old town location, they aren't particularly spacious. However, there's a massage chair! They also offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and complimentary fruit, which is a thoughtful touch. What really stood out was the incredible service. Upon arrival, staff helped with luggage and escorted me to my room. When checking out, as I was waiting for a taxi, the staff member even helped me with my suitcase all the way to the curb and offered to load it into the car. As a man, I felt a bit embarrassed to trouble her so much! After many thanks, I quickly loaded the suitcase myself. A huge thank you to the staff!

A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places.

Advantages: 1. Famous landmark, symbol of Huzhou, light show 2. Lake view from the room 3. Stunning service, butler Lucy is great! And everyone in this hotel is super nice and helpful, doing their best job! The staff is real luxury in this place. 4. Hot springs (many choices, clean) 5. Decent breakfast (a real honeycomb, cheese selection , grilled chicken, they even prepared egg Benedict for us) Disadvantages: 1. It’s really old and you can feel it-outdated “tired” furniture, decorations, dirty carpets 2. Odour in the room (“aged” smoke) 3. Ridiculous prices for 7-eleven quality food (ordered room service), the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tried (although I was reimbursed easily) 4. Some facilities are out of order, like a steam room 5. Dirty pool (the water was not clear, the staff told us that’s because there were too many people) I’d like to thank Lucy and other employees for doing everything they could to make us happy. I still recommend this place for a short stay and experiencing the hot springs.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Superb Service: Fantastic The hotel is located right in Jinhua city center, surrounded by skyscrapers, and not far from Shuanglong Cave, making it the perfect choice for accommodation. The breakfast is rich and varied, clean and hygienic. It offers great value for money, though the kids' play area is a bit small, only a reading corner, which could be improved.

Hotel near Xiaoshan Airport/Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center,Hangzhou
GGuest User 2026.04.20
The hotel is about ten kilometers from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, a fifteen-minute drive to T3, and even quicker to T4. There's a winding road leading up to the hotel that can be a bit hard to see at night. Plenty of street food options are available right outside, so no matter how late you check in, you won't have trouble finding something to eat. Parking is free in the hotel's B1 garage, but if you park at the entrance, you'll have to pay separately. I rented a car this trip and ran into an issue because the previous renter hadn't paid, so I was stuck in the parking lot. I reported it to the hotel, but the front desk was quite slow in handling the situation and wasn't very proactive in communicating with the property management. I basically had to contact the property management myself to resolve it, so I wasn't entirely satisfied with the service in that regard.

Hotel near Tianyi Square/Town God's Temple/Drum-Tower,Ningbo 28.8% of visitors choose this area
SSanfenge 2026.03.26
This hotel generally receives around a 3.8-star rating. It offers good value for money, making it ideal for travelers who prioritize location and budget. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location: right next to a subway station and situated in the heart of the city center. You can easily walk to popular areas like Tianyi Square and Gulou, making both commuting and exploring food options incredibly convenient. It's a hassle-free choice for tourists visiting Ningbo. The price is also very reasonable, offering superior value compared to other options in the same area, perfect for short-term stays. Service and facilities are quite good: The front desk staff are enthusiastic, check-in is efficient, and they respond promptly to any issues. Basic facilities are comprehensive, and the twin room layout is practical, meeting daily accommodation needs. The artistic decor also adds a unique touch. However, there are areas for improvement: The hotel generally feels a bit old, with noticeable signs of wear and tear on the hardware facilities. Cleanliness is mostly acceptable, but some specific details could be improved, such as minor stains on the carpet. We suggest enhancing daily cleaning and maintenance.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

GGuest UserThe hotel's renovation is quite impressive, they spared no expense, practically a complete tear-down and rebuild. There's absolutely no hint of an old hotel, which shows the owner's generosity. For a 22-story building, having 5 elevators is excellent, and it doesn't seem to be shared with office spaces. Back in the room, the amenities are perfectly adequate. While the original room size couldn't be changed, everything else you'd expect is there. The only thing missing is an indicator panel in the elevators. Breakfast: For the price, it really has everything you could ask for, including several live cooking stations for things like noodles and fried dough sticks, and it all tastes delicious. I'd even say it's better than the Yiwu Marriott. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be with the staff themselves; the training seems lacking. In just half an hour of dining, I saw the same man and woman chatting privately, pushing and pulling each other around. Housekeeping did a good job overall, though I think they should pay more attention to checking the sofa in the future. Providing 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring water helps reduce the need for refills, which is a big plus. The teapots and cups are both attractive and high quality, and even the coffee cups at breakfast are excellent. The front desk staff also deserve praise; the concierge on WeChat was always responsive to requests. The delivery robot for takeout is incredibly fast, whether it's due to the order system or the robot's speed, I'm not sure. Either way, it was faster than I expected. Given its proximity to Yiwu Tiandi, if they just improve the breakfast service staff a bit, this hotel, in every other aspect, offers great value. Even at a price point ¥50-¥150 lower than the Marriott, it would still be very much worth staying at.

From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

AAnonymous UserFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.
