The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were smart. The location is excellent, very close to West Lake and within walking distance. The surrounding commercial area is very convenient, with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating in the room worked very well. If you need shower slippers, you have to ask the staff to bring them. Overall, I'm satisfied.

10/10 highly recommend! The tourist center is so professional. Everyone speaks decent english, the wechat mini program is in english too for when u arrive and see map, activities. Everything in the app. U get allocated to a homestay. Shuttle bus takes u there. Shuttle bus picks you up when u go to breakfast in the morning market which u cannot miss!! Such an amazing experience. The price is so cheap for the value as it includes tickets to xizha, breakfast can eat up to 30 yuan per person. Nightime and early more inside xizha wuzhen is such a dream!!

I stayed on the 12th floor with a lake view, overlooking Taihu Lake, which offered a fantastic perspective (though sometimes the wind was a bit strong, so I couldn't stay on the balcony for too long). The hotel's decor is magnificent, and facilities like the swimming pool and gym are good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied; it rotated during my two-day stay. The room itself was generally acceptable, but the carpet was a bit old, and there was a noticeable damaged spot that hadn't been repaired. Service was hard to describe. After check-in, a butler added me on WeChat and I told them I wanted to check in around 1 PM, and the butler said they would relay the request. However, at the front desk, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM (though in reality, it was available a bit earlier). A fruit plate was delivered after check-in. My Trip.com order included a daily dining package. The front desk staff seemed to misinterpret it, telling us it was one package per order (we stayed for three days and two nights). I must praise Trip.com; after communicating with them, the hotel reluctantly agreed it was one package per day (meaning two packages for a three-day, two-night stay) and told me I could just go directly to the restaurant as it was included in the order. But did you think that was the end of it? When I went to Shuyu Chuan for dinner, the owner asked for meal vouchers, so it took a long phone call to sort it out. The next day, before going to Mian Baifu, I first went to the front desk to get vouchers and mentioned the issue at Shuyu Chuan. The front desk still didn't give me vouchers, saying I could just go directly. And sure enough, the same thing happened; the owner also asked for vouchers, leading to another ten-minute phone call. I've never seen such service at a five-star hotel. If they were so unwilling, why didn't they just cancel that bundled order? Furthermore, regarding the package issue, it was me who called Trip.com to coordinate and resolve it, yet the butler on WeChat still acted as if she had helped me obtain some special privilege. The order also included a daily entry to the 25th-floor Xuan Bar (starting at 7:30 PM, including two soft drinks and snacks). I must commend the staff there; the Xuan Bar also had a pool table, and we had a great time.

I highly recommend staying here. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is very close by. The hotel staff were all very friendly, warm, and polite, and they were able to promptly resolve any issues I had. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the food tasted good and met basic needs. What I was most satisfied with was the hotel's value for money. To have such an experience in this area feels incredibly worthwhile. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel seems to be a chain brand from Wenzhou. To be honest, I was a bit worried when I was about to check in because it's located in the old town. However, once I actually stayed there, the experience completely exceeded my expectations, even pleasantly surprising me. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 3-minute walk to Wuma Street, and there are all sorts of great eateries nearby, so you can easily satisfy your food cravings for an entire day on foot. What impressed me most was the hotel's thoughtfulness – the room had everything you'd expect, and even some unexpected delightful surprises. They even provided small items that are often overlooked, like hair ties and makeup remover pads. It's rare to see such attention to detail. Plus, with all the little snacks, it really made me feel well-cared for. The most unforgettable part for me was their baked sweet potatoes (honey sweet potatoes) – they were incredibly delicious! The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, making you feel right at home. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely choose to stay here and revisit.

Because I had an early flight the next day, I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Terminal 4 last night. I had already booked a scenic room on floors six to eight. However, after checking me in, the young lady at the front desk specifically emphasized that she had upgraded me to a scenic room on the sixth floor. When I told her I had already paid for the slightly more expensive scenic room, she pretended to check her computer and said they had two types of scenic rooms, and mine was the best kind. I was speechless! I believe the most basic service principle in the service industry should be sincerity. The front desk is the face of the hotel, and hypocrisy and deceptive tactics should never become a habit.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location and is easy to find. The front desk is very welcoming and upgraded my room type. There are also free snacks. The lobby is also very beautiful and gives people a very clean feeling. The cleaning lady is also very meticulous and provides good service. It is cost-effective and very suitable for people on business trips. I will come again.

The mini-bar was well-stocked with a great selection of drinks, instantly making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The service was simply impeccable. Duty Manager Cathy provided a flawless response to all requests. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and room service was incredibly prompt – when I requested an extra pillow in the evening, it was delivered within minutes. The breakfast the next day offered a huge variety, with both Chinese and Western options – definitely a must-try! Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this place offers a perfect experience. It has already been added to my go-to list for stays in Jiaxing!

The room was spotless and well-maintained, featuring new facilities and a very comfortable bed. However, the bathroom design was impractical, offering no space to place personal toiletries – a significant flaw. Room service was quite disappointing. The complimentary welcome fruit was completely forgotten and only delivered after I called at 11 AM. During check-in, I requested an additional set of adult toiletries and a children's set. These were not delivered as promised. After prompting again late in the evening, they finally arrived, but it was two adult sets, and the children's set was still missing! This standard of service is simply not what I expect from the Wyndham brand. Even small amenities felt lacking; only one comb was provided per room, which comes across as quite stingy. On the positive side, the breakfast was extensive and very good.
