We stayed 1 night at the guesthouse 72 in Wuzhen. Friendly staff,room clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious.Ice cream is welcome gift , thanks for ladyboss. Good service from checking in to checking out. Free shuttle provided. Highly recommended to stay.

A very pleasant experience, the room facilities were clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to be close to the commercial city. The front desk Yuri service was very good, and the concierge Steve was very friendly in helping me deliver my luggage to the room.

We got there with no online reservation, and the stuff didn’t care for us at all, they treated us poorly like they didn’t see us, no good customer service at all. We went out and made reservation online (trip.com) and when we came back in everything was different, they were nice and the check-in process was very quick. The room was clean (except the bathtub). One of the rooms, had a living room without chairs. The bed was really comfortable. The view was ok (but we didn’t come for the view). Overall it was ok, but I was disappointed on how we were treated just because we didn’t book the rooms online.

I've been booking to Ocen Hotel since then, their service has always been exceptional. I always enjoy my stay there and the staff are very kind to the guest all the time.

Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

carpet outside the 10th floor is dirty, need for overhaul of carpet or to shampoo the carpet. Very near the tianyi square and shopping areas. Accommodating staff, request was granted for a late out.

Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport is exceptionally well-located, directly connected to Hangzhou Airport—just a short walk from the terminals. It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place. Superb location next to Wulin street. Many places to eat. Slightly hard to get taxi into the front of the hotel as the pavement is jam with cars and pedestrian and it’s a dead end. Room is decent and sufficient for 2 pax.

This is probably the BEST hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are so comfortable. The bed is amazing. The pillows just melt around you. Spacious and cleverly designed bathrooms as well as a projector TV. Breakfast was well stocked and although I didn't eat dinner. The option is there too. Reception was welcoming and friendly WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
