Jenny at the guest services center provided excellent service. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Service was prompt and efficient. The location is absolutely fantastic: a five-minute walk to the terminal, and you can even see the terminal from your room. Highly recommend for travelers arriving late or departing early.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi was stable, which made working very convenient. The bedding was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's rest. The front desk service was professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, it's very suitable for business travel, and I highly recommend it.

The service here is truly exceptional! My friend and I came to Linyi for a relaxing getaway, and this Pullman experience far exceeded our expectations. The river view, service, ambiance, and even the travel photography were all top-notch – it's perfect for a vacation.
**Travel Photography:** You can book a hotel photoshoot during your stay, which is fantastic for family photos. The photographer knows all the best spots on the property and even helps with posing – the pictures turn out amazing!
**Room & View:** The river view room on the 17th floor (specifically room 23) offers a great view. You can see the entire Shuhe River right from your room. It's incredibly relaxing to just lie in bed and enjoy the river scenery.
**Cleanliness & Environment:** Bailey checks in daily to see if we need our room cleaned, and the bedding is always neatly tidied.
**Service Details:** Both the front desk and room service staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and enthusiastic. Staff members we encountered in the hallways always greeted us proactively. From arrival to departure, there were always staff in the lobby ready to help with our luggage.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Fushan Bay and May Fourth Square, with a seaside boardwalk just outside. The front desk lady upgraded me to an Executive Seaview Deluxe King Room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable ocean view, and I could enjoy the beautiful sea and city landscape right from my bed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After checking in, Ginny added me on WeChat. The service was attentive and thoughtful; she'd check in every day to see how my stay was going. While having dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, a short-haired lady—I'm not sure if she was a manager or supervisor—noticed me wiping my child's hands from a distance. Because the restaurant only had alcohol wipes, she specifically sent someone downstairs to get alcohol-free wipes. She anticipated the guest's needs without even being asked, which shows true professionalism and attentiveness. It's these small gestures that make a huge difference. Every service staff member in the restaurant was also very gentle and friendly, and the food was excellent. I don't often write reviews unless I've had a genuinely great experience, and I would definitely choose the Haitian again for my next trip to Qingdao.

I have to say, this really doesn't live up to the Sheraton brand. First, during the May Day holiday when there's a huge influx of people, there were only two staff members at the front desk checking people in. They only opened a third station after seeing a long queue forming. What's more, the front desk staff's efficiency and problem-solving skills were quite concerning.
Here's why: When I booked the room in advance, I specifically requested a room on the same floor as my parents. Following the front desk's instructions, I cancelled my original standard twin room and rebooked an executive floor twin room. Executive floor rooms are more expensive than standard ones. At the time, over the phone, they confirmed there were rooms available on the same floor, and the front desk agent assured me they had noted my request to be on the same floor, and I just needed to remind the check-in staff. However, on the day of check-in, the front desk first told me there were no rooms on the same floor. Even though they saw the note, for some unknown reason, the room hadn't been reserved in advance. I was willing to compromise, understanding that it was a busy holiday. But then, the front desk told me they would have to downgrade my room, taking me off the executive floor. This is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel downgrading a customer's room when they haven't met the customer's initial request – especially since executive floor rooms are more expensive! This is completely out of line with the service standards expected of a star-rated hotel and made for a very poor experience.
With Zibo becoming more popular, more and more customers are visiting. I hope the service standards can keep up with the demand.

I came here to climb Mount Tai solo, and from my room window, I could admire its majestic view. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was very thoughtful. It's very close to the scenic area, with a food street right next door, which was super convenient. The room was quiet with no noise, and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere.
However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain.
There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding.
In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay.
I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

Traveling to Weihai, I highly recommend this store ~ Hebei people do not lie to the Chinese ~
The location of the apartment is superb, just inside the Xianghai Scenic Area, you can see the sea when you open the window, and walk directly to the sea. The scenery is amazing. Compared with the apartment that lived near Huoju 8th Street on the first day, this price-performance ratio was directly won. When I came, I found that Xianghai itself was enough to play for two days and the experience was much better.
The surrounding transportation is very convenient, whether it is to drive to Liugong Island or Weihai City, it is very convenient. Weihai has a wide road, a large number of parking lots, a unified parking for 2 yuan an hour, and the apartment has its own free parking space. The first choice for self-driving stay is correct! There are also many choices for eating food. You can eat in the scenic area. You can drive to the town in a few minutes. The commercial street in the town is very prosperous. All kinds of food and daily necessities are available. It is super convenient to go shopping.
The store service is particularly intimate and thoughtful. As soon as I checked in, the boss took the initiative to add WeChat and sent me his own exclusive play guide, including surrounding food, shopping locations, scenic spots and practical maps, which is worry-free and meticulous. The security of the community is strict and responsible, and the living is very safe.
The room is spacious and atmospheric, equipped with two oversized double beds, the mattress pillows are soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience is very good. The whole house was cleaned clean, the hygiene was particularly in place, and the details were full. The homestay facilities are all available, disposable toilet pads, disposable bath towels, disposable tea cups and paper cups are all prepared, as well as washing machines, laundry detergent, a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even the tools for catching the sea are intimately prepared, and the supplies are very complete.
The overall stay experience is full marks. It is the most intimate and satisfying sea view apartment I have ever stayed in Weihai. The environment is good, cost-effective, and convenient to travel. I drive to Weihai and close my eyes to the Xianghai!

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money.
**Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped.
**Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos).
**Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep.
Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time.

SShengsheng_This was my first time staying at an Atour Light hotel. The style is really interesting, with a predominantly blue theme, making it feel more geared towards a younger crowd.
The room size was pretty standard, not particularly large, but the cleanliness and service were excellent in every aspect. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and quickly helped with any requests we had.
However, the biggest issue with the room was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people laughing or talking loudly in nearby rooms. This is definitely something that could use improvement.

GGuest UserMy stay at The Westin Qingdao was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Nicky at the front desk! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her service was attentive and thoughtful; she proactively arranged a suitable room type for me and even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. She patiently assisted with any requests I had. The hotel's location is excellent, right near May Fourth Square, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere for my stay. I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful service throughout my visit. Choosing this hotel for my trip provided such peace of mind. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again, and my first choice will be to find Nicky!

SSalehbaigiMy wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao City and we are so thrilled with our experience that we felt compelled to share. This hotel truly stands out for all the right reasons and provided us with a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable getaway.
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The lobby was bright and inviting, the hallways were pristine, and our room was immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and it made our stay feel both safe and luxurious.
The staff deserves a special mention. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining area, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They greeted us with genuine smiles, were always ready with a local recommendation, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude really set the tone for our entire trip.
Now, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was excellent! We’ve stayed at many hotels where the complimentary breakfast is a bit of an afterthought, but not here. There was a fantastic variety of selections to choose from. We enjoyed hot items like waffles and scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and healthy yogurts. The coffee was always fresh and piping hot, and there was a great selection of teas and chilled juices to start our day right. It’s a real game-changer to begin a day of exploring with such a satisfying and delicious meal.
What truly sealed the deal for us was the incredible value. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in a similar category that we've stayed at in Qingdao. You get so much more for your money here—the excellent breakfast, the modern, clean rooms, and the wonderful service make it a standout choice.
The location was another huge plus for us. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around the city without a car. Furthermore, the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life! We loved being able to step outside and find great restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It felt like we were in the heart of the action.
Finally, as non-smokers, we greatly appreciated that the entire hotel, including all rooms, was completely smoke-free. It made the environment so much more pleasant.
In summary, our stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Qingdao was practically perfect. It offers incredible value, combining cleanliness, exceptional service, a delicious breakfast, and a prime location. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

KKelvinTraveling with my child, I booked a king-sized bed room and was worried about the space, but the front desk upgraded us to a family-themed room, which was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was a wonderful surprise, complete with a B.Duck themed tent, a Ludo game rug, and cartoon pillows. My child had a blast as soon as we entered, and all our travel fatigue instantly disappeared. The room had excellent natural light, with warm sunshine streaming through the large French windows. The wooden floor was warm and comfortable, allowing adults to relax and children to play without bothering each other.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant, and there's also a 'Bird Club' kids' play area with slides and rocking horses, making it super convenient for parents to relax while their kids play. Molly, a staff member, provided smiling service throughout, and check-in was efficient and patient, full of care in every detail. This hotel is my top choice for family trips; the proactive and warm gesture of upgrading our room was a huge plus. I highly recommend it to families visiting Qingdao with children!

TTuolingdewaiguaThis hotel definitely deserves five stars! Given that it's on the summit of Mount Tai, the accommodations are exceptional – you can't compare them to hotels at the base of the mountain. It's also vastly superior to the guesthouse I stayed at on the peak 20 years ago. Being able to take a hot shower was a huge relief after the climb. Although there were strong winds due to extreme weather at the summit, the room windows were sealed so well that I only heard the wind, but didn't feel any drafts inside. A big thank you to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. From the room, I could see the twinkling lights of Tai'an, which was beautiful. The room was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I would choose this place again if I have the chance to climb Mount Tai in the future.
