the hotel is situated right in front of the Gulangyu. One could enjoy the nice view during the day and the night. The metro station is nearby and the sightseeing spots is within walking distance, plus lots of restaurants next to the shopping arcade so one could enjoy the local taste while doing shopping. special thanks to Johnny 施為民 at concierge who made my stay easy with his tips on touring the Gulangyu, shopping arcade and promenade where I enjoyed the local food. Johnny's colleagues was also very kind and helpful.

On the whole, it is still good. It's a good choice for transfer at airport. Because this hotel should be the one closest to Xiamen Gaoqi Airport. It's very good for a short rest. In addition, there will be shuttle buses to pick up and drop off guests from airport to hotel.

Prime hotel location. Hotel shower room was good , as I very worry that they don’t have hot shower. But their shower room was good …. They have unlimited mineral water supply as I drink a lot of water. Liling is a very friendly person Overall their customer service is good !

This is the first time I seriously write down my comments and thoughts. Stayed in Xiamen for three days during this trip The location of this Chaozhou hotel is very good. There is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street downstairs and it is not far from the eight cities. It can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The room is very new and very clean. There are free washing machines and dryers that you can use in the lobby. There are public tables and chairs. You can eat and drink, and there are also places to smoke. The overall feeling is quite great. Another thing worth mentioning is the store manager. When we first checked in, she explained the facilities in the hotel and the surrounding attractions in detail. If you don’t understand anything, you can ask her. The manager is very gentle and kind. The service staff at the front desk also have the same service attitude. He is not impatient at all and even helps to inquire about travel-related information. The enthusiasm of the service impressed me deeply. I recommend this hotel to friends who want to visit Xiamen. You will not be disappointed. Of course, it is a small suggestion. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. The front desk can help you freeze the refrigerator in the front desk. The breakfast content is relatively simple, but there is nothing else to say. It is very good, especially (you are so good, Xiaowei). The voice smart butler is also very convenient. It can control the lighting, air conditioning and curtains with voice. Overall, I will visit again next time. This is a hotel I will want to go back to in Xiamen! ! From entering the store to leaving the store, I booked a room for four nights and stayed in Room 1002. First, the room facilities are new and there is no odor. Second, the whole house is smart and voice commanded. Third, it is quiet and noiseless, which is very friendly to friends who have trouble sleeping. It is a perfect encounter. I chose Xia Shang Xinyu First Wharf Store. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded the elegant whole house Xiaodu whole house smart room. The software and hardware facilities are newly launched. The hotel has convenient transportation. There are Xiamen Bus Express Lines 1, 2, and 3 on the left and right of the door. You can quickly go to the airport, Xiamen North, and Xiamen Station without any obstacles. You can also connect with the subway line for transfer, which is really convenient. It is also convenient to go to Zhongshan Road and the First Wharf. The environment for drinking coffee and reading on the first floor of the hotel is good. Drinks and bottled drinking water in the lobby can be picked up by swiping the room card. The stadium opposite the hotel is the stadium in the movie Xihong City 🏟️. It is a very 👍 hotel and gave us an excellent stay experience.

Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

I came to stay just one night for a concert but the hotel is close to the subway station and convenient. It's clean and there were no problems.

Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

I urgently searched for this hotel after being disappointed with my reservation at Meihao Lizi (Zhongshan Road Branch). After checking in, I was not disappointed. The interior of the room is exquisitely decorated, spacious and reasonably laid out. The details are also well handled, and the curtains have strong light-blocking properties to ensure adequate sleep. And the service in the hotel is also great, the overall experience is very good, and the breakfast is also very good. I’ll choose here next time!

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017) the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly. Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette..... the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.

The receptionist named Pearl is polite, cute and pretty. She is very helpful. The room is soundproofed well, located in front of the elevator but quiet. It is one of the few places that has a refrigerator with free Tsingtao beer and other sodas. The room is spacious. The location of the hotel is next to Wanda shopping mall. It is easy to find food. The price is not expensive. It is convenient to travel.

The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. IHG never disappoints! Location: right in the heart of downtown Fuzhou, convenience stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. 5 stars! Breakfast: bountiful selections, from Western-style to local food. Things to see: several tourist spots and attractions are nearby, like museums and ”Three Lanes and Seven Alleys”, hop on a bike and you will be there in 15 min. Rooms: Clean, and with a view! Staff: friendly and attention to detail! 感谢西餐厅郭静经理！ 你给我准备的低因咖啡sure hits the spot every morning!

As to be expected of the Shangri-La Hotel, the level of Cleanliness, Service & Amenities are excellent. It is also quite centrally located in Fuzhou. In fact we are so confident & happy with the Shangri-La that we’ve already booked a room for when we spend our last day in Fuzhou, before returning to Singapore

Location was unbeatable! Right next to dongbai metro station. Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Mirror had some stains and room showed some signs of aging. Breakfast was average and mainly catered to the Chinese market

Love it for its location and its proximity to the west lake. Such I pity I couldn’t get a lake view room. Hotel feels abit old, has no direct access the west lake, notwithstanding that it is just in front of it. I got to make a detour to get to it. Buffet dinner has a decent spread given that hotel guests only pays RM155. The tea leaves in the hotel cost a bomb too. As I do not read Chinese characters well, I didn’t know that they charge the tea leaves and used them, and ended up paying around RMB 200 for a packet of tea leaves (2 servings). I would suggest that they write the costs in English too.

The place was amazing, I had a great time here. What I didn’t quite like was that the bathroom was separated, where you take a **** Is different from where you take a bath. Haha it’s cute but not too practical. However it’s an amazing hotel, I’d definitely return

What an Amazing Resort this is indeed! You need to experience this resort for yourself to understand the professional assistance you get from the staff working at the resort... they even offer you a change of pillows to make your nights sleep better, we definitely made use of this option! The resort is on the beach no need to walk far to reach the beach, also a lot of fun activities to do inside the resort. Will most certainly visit this resort again... They get a full star rating from me 谢谢 to the staff of this resort!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is nicely laid out. The staff are helpful and can speak English. The breakfast buffet has a variety of good options. The hotel is situated next to a mall and the boulevard along the river, offering a chance for good walks in the morning or evening.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was a little surprised! The hotel is clean and the service staff is very enthusiastic! I like to drink tea, and the auntie was very thoughtful to give me a lot of extra bottles of mineral water! She also gave me fruit! There are many small details in the room, which is very warm!

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very polite, helpful and hardworking! There's the nice note in the hotel room with some snacks. Room also had several travel reference guides with lots of pictures. Great for last minute planning! Receptionists were very kind when answering some rather silly questions, haha. We only stayed one night, the next day it was different staff. I had asked them for the name of the staff member who check us in, so here's a shout out to ”小莲” ”Little Lotus” Thanks for your help! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

I always stay here when i am in Jinjiang, this time i went with my family..They upgraded our room and surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife too.. The breakfast was delicious as always with lots of western options..the staff is polite and attended us for all our needs including early late check out! The night market and sunshine plaza near the hotel makes it ideal for family stay! Highly recommended!

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

Revisiting Shishi City, it has changed a lot. The city has been reborn and its economic strength is extraordinary. After more than 20 years of development, it has indeed entered a modern development. The hotel is so high-end, the room is super luxurious, and the price-performance ratio is indeed the best, most luxurious and most competitive in these days. The Chinese restaurant is the best, with a large private room for two people. The service is considerate. Overall, it is super cost-effective. The location is also very good. The service is enthusiastic. Shishi is a place worth going to and staying for a while. The hotel conditions are more recommended for cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient for surrounding attractions. Not bad. Thumbs up for the hotel and Shishi. I will come again if I have a chance!

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

Location: Shuitou Town, the hotel is above a bend, and it feels like it is high above, which is very special; Environment: After all, it is Pullman, and the environment is really good. I chose it because it is really cost-effective compared to other hotels in Quanzhou during the National Day. I stayed for two nights and it was really good; Breakfast: There are many types of breakfast, including local noodle soup; The overall stay is very good, whether it is the service or the hotel's own facilities and equipment, it is not bad, I will come again next time!
