Went to kwee zeen restaurant for buffet dinner last weekend. The buffet spread were sumptuous and a wide variety of choices. The sashimi & prawn were so fresh and generous 😍 (look at the thickness)!!! The service were also excellent especially having the chef Nelson walking around checking the status of the food with us. Highly recommended 👍

We had a wonderful stay at this pousada. Our host was incredible and went above and beyond to help us book excursions and navigate our way to the city center. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality was genuinely warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience!

A pousada é linda. A piscina bem gostosa e o café da manhã muito bom. Ótima localização, perto do centro e da Beira Rio, onde ficam os restaurantes e bares. Os funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. Destaque pra o Luciano, ”Moreco”, super alegre e educado. Uma diferença pra outras pousadas é que a Buriti possui guarda-mala e vc pode usar o banheiro pra um banho depois da volta do passeio e aguardar seu transfer com mais tranquilidade. Podem vir sem medo.

Fui para um evento, ficamos em grupo, nos atendeu nas formações dos apartamentos. Limpeza do banheiro e toalhas de cama também com atenção. Agora achamos bem estranho o piso do banheiro, bem escorregadio e essa parte do banho era bem alta, exigindo muita muita atenção ao sair do box. Para pessoas com mais idade, deve tomar cuidado! Restaurante do café da manhã muito bom, com uma linda vista para Lagoa, muitas opções de frutas, pães e pratos quentes também. Espaço da recepção muito amplo com recepcionistas bem educados também. O atendimento da profissional de Reservas muito bom, super simpática e solícita! Isso faz muita diferença na negociação para grupos! Tinha localização boa, perto de shopping e áreas para sair e comer. Possuem dois elevadores mas no período que ficamos, um estava sem funcionar :(

The hotel's reception is beautiful!!! The rooms are in good size, bed and comfortable beds, the shower is strong and vc can control the water temperature in the way you prefer, I only found the bathroom box a little small, but it gives to take a bath normally. Breakfast is very good, very varied, but it is not included in the daily, which is in my opinion a disadvantage, because it costs R$35 per person, depending on the amount of days to stay out very expensive. I stayed in São Luís less than 24 hours, arrived at night and left at morning, so I'll talk about the location in the little I could see. The only tourist point I could visit was the historic centre, which is about 15 minutes away from the car, but it was because of lack of time. But he is very close to the airport, which was why I chose that hotel, and, in general, although I was quick, my experience with the hotel was good.

Pontos positivos: Fica proximo do Centro e da Litorânea. Proximo de farmácias e restaurantes. Wifi OK. Pontos negativos: O cafe da manhã tem pouca variedade. Camas não sao confortáveis, muito macias e afundam o corpo. O hotel precisa de pequenas reformas.

The staff were very good at home. The staff were very nice and nice. The carpay's food options were good and varied. The room was comfortable. Only the air conditioned with a light that informed the temperature adjusted and not switched off. That's a lock in sleep.

This is basically beach front (though not the best beach in the world, the view is nice). Decent infrastructure and excellent cost benefit. Room is spacious, beds comfortable, good water pressure in the bathroom. My bathroom sink was slightly clogged though. Air conditioner in the room worked very well. Breakfast was well served in a spacious restaurant with many things to chose from. Elevators also worked well.

Stayed here in August for a wedding in the local area. There was ten in our party. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, clean well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Will even make you an omelette when asked. Good high pressure showers. Stayed by the pool most days with excellent service and food. Dined at the restaurant a few times and again the service and food was excellent. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly and professional. We would like to say thank you to your hotel and staff for making our stay a memorable one.
