The building looks like an old hotel, but the room has been renovated and doesn't feel old at all. Clean and comfortable. The front desk service is very good, worthy of being a serious star hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Tieling.

During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

A quick trip to Tieling, and as I booked late, only rooms at the city's priciest hotel were still available. I had no idea the room would be so spacious. Superior washroom facility and a tremendous panoramic view out the window. Just a few things - the study chair was too low for the table provided. Also, I saw no switch for the bank of lights overhead and it prevented me from reading or working there at night. An unexpected sulfurous odor in the washroom plumbing system. Please look into this. Other than that - fantastic! An excellent breakfast - zao fan buffet!

The hotel is near the night market. Around the hotel plenty of shop and branded mall.surrounded the tourist attraction area . Subway is nearby . Very convenient to take taksi straight to the hotel. The staff is very helpful particular the recepionist Gemni Li is very willing helper. Hotel buffet dinner include beer and wine n food is excellent .surely i will come back and stay again.

When taking the kids out to play, they need a hotel with a bathtub and swimming pool. There are not many choices in Jinzhou. After doing some research, I saw that Sheraton is a hotel of the Marriott Group. I was not disappointed. Li Yue at the front desk made thoughtful arrangements and asked us to ask any questions at any time. She contacted the front desk and sent a disposable bathtub cover to meet our needs as much as possible. The room is spacious and the bathroom is beautiful. The higher the floor, the better the view. I recommend the executive high floor.

We stayed for another night in the heavy rain. The hotel has a rich breakfast. My companion was sick and couldn't go to the restaurant. We found the waiter and told him that we couldn't bring food. The waiter could help deliver it to the room, but charged a 10 yuan service fee. The hotel has regulations, which I understand. I hope it will be more humane. It's not easy to go out. Living on a high floor, the sunset is beautiful!

Very nice hotel although the room is a bit old, lighting not that good. Worth the price for the size of room, very clean room, view good. Location very near ZhongShan Guangchang, but not near to sea, Dalian is famous for its sea.

This hotel has just opened, the interior of the room is quite high-end, the breakfast is also very cost-effective, there is a spa next to it, you can go there from inside the hotel, it is very convenient, and the environment is very good.

This time when I came to Shenyang, I stayed at the Sheraton Shenyang Xindu Hotel and the experience was perfect! I have to give huge praise to York and Judy, the two amazing front desk staff! Because I accidentally booked the wrong room type and wanted to change the twin beds to a king-size bed, they immediately helped me coordinate without saying a word. They were super patient and considerate throughout the whole process. Not only that, they also enthusiastically recommended the hotel facilities to me, including the heated swimming pool, the well-equipped gym, and the food in the Chinese and Western restaurants are all amazing! Knowing that I wanted to check in the surrounding area, they immediately recommended the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the Science and Technology Museum, and even explained the reservation guide and must-see exhibits clearly! I also recommended several hidden gems restaurants that are popular among locals, serving barbecue, seafood, and hotpot! The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to go out and eat around. I was really impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism during this stay. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Shenyang!

Highly recommended, especially for group travellers or families! The condo-style unit was incredibly spacious, clean, and super comfortable — we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff? Absolutely amazing. I had more than 10 parcels sent there before our arrival (yes, pre-trip online taobao shopping 🙈), and they had them neatly arranged on a trolley, ready to be sent to our room the moment we checked in. Talk about thoughtful service! Breakfast was more than enough — good variety and fresh every day. On days we skipped the buffet to visit the morning market, the staff even prepared drinks, fruits, and sandwiches for us to take on the go. Such a kind touch! Overall, we felt really well taken care of. Clean space, warm service, and great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. 💯
