The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.
The hotel is relatively new, and the environment and rooms are clean and tidy, with all facilities in good condition. However, the rooms are indeed quite small; if you have a lot of luggage, there might not be enough room to put it all in. The desk is very narrow, not even wide enough for a computer.
The breakfast is relatively plentiful; you can order fried eggs separately, and get a form to choose your preferred cooking method and toppings.

The location is very good, less than 100 meters from Paulista Avenue. It is very comfortable to walk on the pedestrian street on weekends. The surrounding streets are relatively safe and clean. The service is satisfactory, providing laundry, fitness, swimming, business meetings, etc. The facilities are a bit old, but they meet the general business and tourism requirements. It is about 31 km from the airport, 50 minutes if there is no traffic jam. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough.
As expected, it's suitable for the price. The location is good for what you need. My room, 2215, has a nice city view. Breakfast is good but always crowded. The air conditioning unit is noisy. Unless! I recommend it
The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The location of this hotel is very good, and it is a new hotel, very, very new, but it may be too new. The decoration of the room I stayed in tasted great and made me headache. There is nothing else bad.
I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again.
The hotel is simple but met our needs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is surrounded by users who are a bit scary, making security vulnerable. I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to settle in and rest, as was my case.
My stay was great, I just had to make one observation about the shower with the water spread out a lot and the air conditioning that was turning on and off straight away and they couldn't fix it, besides everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and especially the super attentive attendant Renato at the desk. reception service

Great
SSernaA wonderful hotel, which especially pleased with the breakfasts. Including gluten-free options. The hotel has a SPA - a good massage was very useful after a long flight. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner. The hotel itself is a little tired, but definitely better than the neighboring Grand Mercury, and the price difference is not great.
GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.
GGuest UserThe best hotel experience in Brazil during business trips, the front desk speaks English, there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, it is very convenient to eat and shop, the hotel breakfast is also very good 👍👍👍
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located in the center. Within walking distance of the metro, bus stop. If Sao Paulo is your first stop in Brazil and you are planning a trip around the country, then you should choose this hotel. The bus terminal is 15 minutes away by car. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, as well as bars and night clubs. An ancient church is 5 minutes walk away, worth seeing. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, they cook deliciously and a lot.
SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!
KKurzaGood hotel to stay during a long layover. Quick check-in process, spacious and nice rooms, friendly English-speaking staff and good buffet breakfast. The spa is also very enjoyable. Just pay attention to the airport shuttle (offer trips every 50min around the clock) because the word “Hampton” is very small and easy to miss.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, good lighting, good service, clean, safe and reliable, looking forward to the next stay, the room type is too tight, close to the business district, convenient for travel, shopping, and dinner.
WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
XXumidedenghouaiThe price/performance ratio of the hotel is very good. The downside is that it is close to the airport and the noise is a bit loud. The bed sheets are not very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple, especially the scrambled eggs, which are full of water and not tasty.
GGuest UserIt exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays.
