The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

The hotel is relatively new, and the environment and rooms are clean and tidy, with all facilities in good condition. However, the rooms are indeed quite small; if you have a lot of luggage, there might not be enough room to put it all in. The desk is very narrow, not even wide enough for a computer. The breakfast is relatively plentiful; you can order fried eggs separately, and get a form to choose your preferred cooking method and toppings.

The location is very good, less than 100 meters from Paulista Avenue. It is very comfortable to walk on the pedestrian street on weekends. The surrounding streets are relatively safe and clean. The service is satisfactory, providing laundry, fitness, swimming, business meetings, etc. The facilities are a bit old, but they meet the general business and tourism requirements. It is about 31 km from the airport, 50 minutes if there is no traffic jam. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough.

As expected, it's suitable for the price. The location is good for what you need. My room, 2215, has a nice city view. Breakfast is good but always crowded. The air conditioning unit is noisy. Unless! I recommend it
