Excellent stay option. Clean room, bed and clean, comfortable, excellent quality, quiet, very good shower. Excellent location, we did everything on foot since our interests were in Cambodia. Surely the best option of hosting Campinas.

Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past half year. The hotel is located in the city of Inda Yatuba. The room is very clean, the cleaning is very diligent, the breakfast is rich, there are many big supermarkets nearby, and shopping is convenient.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk. One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel is well located and security keeps an eye on things. There are many thieves around the hotel who target tourists. Be extremely vigilant. The carpet in the hallways is not very clean, but the room was fine. Good bed, good shower. Check-in went very smoothly.

Hotel location is one of the best areas in Campinas, just near the city center, the location is very convenient, there are many restaurants, supermarkets and bars nearby. The surrounding environment of the hotel is relatively safe and can be recommended.
