Great location, close to everything, great reception, breakfast, overall I highly recommend it.

The VIA Plaza Hotel has been perfectly in line with my purpose in Brazil, where I was the top of my stay. I almost stayed at the centre of my activities, the airport and forum of Brazil, as well as my office. I have been a lawyer in clear waters. The facilities were perfectly in line with my purpose. I had only once dinner, the dish chosen. The hotel was very good and delightful (broadcaffee) too! I am not eating much in the morning. I found the Hotel Vida Plaza very good. I recommend!

Everything was excellent, only one problem when I arrived to check in, I bought by trip trip trip room, couple bed + 1 single bed for my son, and when they entered, they said I was booked by the voucher a double, There first my son slept in a chair that turned bed, but uncomfortable, after 2 nights, they put a portable bed, because the chair bed was wet, perhaps in the room cleaning service, at the most, mainly the service by all staff was excellent.

The hotel staff is still more polite and friendly, willing to assist guests to deal with problems, although late check-out is not possible. Hotel facilities are general, relatively old, bathroom windows have no screens, open is directly outdoor. When I arrived at this place, I asked about the cost of accommodation, and the waiter gave me a price far lower than what I had already paid.

The staff were very friendly and competent. Excellent breakfast. The food was good for dinner, but the restaurant's super cold air conditioning made the food very cold, making the experience a little unpleasant. A very negative point is the perfume ”machine” right at the entrance to the lobby, which made the place smell extremely fragrant and nauseating. The cleaning supplies in the rooms also had a lot of perfume, which was not good. I traveled with a friend who is very sensitive to smells and hated the experience. We will definitely not be able to stay there if we return to Brasília. Despite the positive points, it would not be an option for a future trip.

The accommodation was expected. Breakfast is very good, well served and with several options. They only don't trust the photos shown in Trip.com, because it does not match the accommodation provided by the hotel. The photos contain a water massage bathroom in the bathroom, which was not available in the reservation.

I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️
