Highly recommend this place to stay ! Stunning View ! Check in was easy!
They provide us nice welcome drinks, they also provide you parking if you are driving here without paying any fees.
A little unhappy with the gym room that do not provide water , i went down to receptionist and ask for water.
She said they are too busy, help yourself with water !
Breakfast is good, must get their breakfast this is because you cant find any restaurant nearby unless you grab yourself simple food from grocery.
We had the most incredible time ever at Lese Hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean and modern. Everyone is so quiet and calm, which made it a very relaxing environment. The breakfast was yummy, with coffee too! We will 100% come back
Since we arrived on Sunday, there were few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and they all closed early. However, the hotel's dinner was very good, and we tasted local beer. In addition, the breakfast was also very good. The hotel front desk also helped to print my boarding pass.

After dinner, I drove more than an hour from Salzburg to Lake Wolfgang. It was very late to the hotel. It was the last room. We arrived. The clerk stopped the car for us in the small courtyard. The room key was given to us and refused. Tip, lock the door and leave.
The hotel is right by the lake, the breakfast is very rich, the environment is very good and beautiful!
The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!
The hotel environment is good, the lobby is very fashionable
The room is mainly blue, but the washroom is relatively hot
The location of the hotel is near the city center, about 10 minutes walk
Good breakfast but less food choices

GGuest UserVery nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course.
It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all.
I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.
GGuest UserThe self-paid buffet breakfast here: diverse styles and very delicious! The breakfast area is relatively large, with enough tables for many people to have breakfast together! There is an elevator to each floor, but you need a key card to start the elevator. We can only reach our own floor to prevent outsiders from entering each floor and act as an anti-theft function!
GGuest UserThe location was fabulous. Close to the station, next to the lake. It even has a restaurant that has tables next to lake for eating. The owner is very friendly and shares details the are interesting for the travelers.
The room is great! Except there’s a mirror and a kettle with tea coffee option, which is a must for the cold near the lake.

MMichelle fromKLSelf-checking hotels, when checking in smartly, you need to enter the reservation number and last name. I tried the number on the reservation several times but failed.
My daughter, who is good at English, called to communicate with the real person. After that, he gave a set of numbers and successfully logged in. Then he jumped to fill in the guest information. After completing the information for the four people staying, he went to the room payment card payment screen. First, he used his husband’s credit card. , but the local number was already installed on my phone and I couldn't accept the SMS password, so I had to use my card again. It took almost half an hour to complete the room card and enter the apartment.
We live in a two-bedroom apartment with a large space and elegant furnishings. There is also a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils. There is a supermarket nearby, so shopping is very convenient. After staying for two nights, we started preparing dinner. My children think the pasta from my hometown is particularly delicious. tasty.
When leaving, you can scan the QR code to check out.
What a special way to check in, and the room is consistent with the reservation😀
