This wasn’t our first time staying at RAC Karri Valley Resort, and once again it did not disappoint. We’ve spent time here both as a couple and with family, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The resort is consistently clean, well maintained, and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. The amenities are great for all ages, making it perfect for family getaways as well as relaxing couple trips. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A place we keep coming back to and would highly recommend to families and couples alike. 🌿✨

Book two bedrooms with 1 double bed and two single bed from Trip’s app and paid in advance. However when arrived there I found that the two bedrooms unit only had two double beds in each room. Contacted the Manager and was given another unit with two single beds in another room but I was told that I only booked for two adults and not three and a child. I was asked to pay extra AUS $60.00 for the our stay. Not very happy with this arrangement and request that you give me Credit for the the amount I had to pay for my future booking. Please advise . I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon.

Absolutely loved the location and the coziness of the hotel. It was right by the bay, clean room, and very helpful staff. Hot shower system worked well. Continental breakfast was nice too. Right near the jetty as well.

We opted for Crown Tower this time, and both my family and I were extremely satisfied. The hotel is renowned for its luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and prime location. Its spacious rooms consistently deliver comfort and satisfaction. Crown Tower Perth not only offers generous room sizes but also boasts a wide array of entertainment and dining facilities, including a casino, a shopping mall, and diverse restaurants, catering to the needs of various guests. Moreover, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city. Crown Tower Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure, and I personally highly recommend it.

The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all. Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice.

Staff at counter very friendly and polite, room are very clean and comfortable! Location easy to find! We are very impressed by hotel breakfast 🥞, a lot of variety, all the coffees and teas aroma is good and nice to drink! Food are super delicious 😋I definitely will recommend this motelto friends
