The location is relatively close to the airport. It is very convenient to take the bus and subway to the airport. The room is big but old, but everything is satisfactory and the price is reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel seems to be good value for money. It was a satisfactory stay.

Hotel location is very good, not far from the big supermarket, very convenient. Hotel facilities are good, there is an outdoor pool, tables and chairs, and space for activities. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and tidy.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the University of Colorado Denver. I saw a big blue bear on the way to the apartment. I could hear the sirens of fire trucks every day and there were homeless people on the road, but the hotel was still very safe and the breakfast was good.

The location is good as it is right in front of the train station. There are many restaurants around. The facility was clean, but there was a lot of smell because it was under construction when I visited. It was disappointing that there was no information about construction before checking in.

The hotel environment is beautiful, suitable for business trips, the rooms are relatively large, the health is ok, the restaurant is large, and the breakfast is rich in the morning. It is also close to the client's residence and the transportation is very convenient.

Clean hotel overall, didn’t offer water or have microwaves in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No one cleaned the room on the last day and it was useless to bring it to the front desk. The hotel does not have a breakfast buffet. The location is a little bit biased. Fortunately, there is a supermarket next to it, which is quite convenient. Someone helped parking at the hotel, great

The room is average, the front desk service attitude is very poor, and there is no breakfast. Most of the cabins are occupied by airline flight attendants. I will not choose this hotel again at the same price.

Great location right off 2-225 so easy access to get anywhere in Denver quickly. The staff was ok, they cleaning crew was very bothersome, even with our no service /quiet sign up in our door, they still knocked on our door 3 separate times. It was very annoying and kind of rude. But overall it’s clean and I enjoy this hotel. They have an indoor pool and a nice restaurant and bar. I would stay here again. I also worried recommend for a c cheaper place to stay.

The location was a bit sketchy but other than that it was great! The bathroom was huge with a shower AND a jacuzzi tub

Solid, good version of what this hotel is. Staff is always around and they take good care of the grounds.

Everything was a okay no complaints besides that the breakfast I was looking forward to since my last hotel stay ( different business) did not offer breakfast because of covid..to find out breakfast is only a mini cereal bowl / multi grain bars. No hot breakfast like I assumed when I was told that breakfast was offered. My fault for assuming and again that I understand is a state precautions not the companies fault.

In the early hours of the morning, I couldn't sleep for a few hours. I chose the cheapest hotel that can pick up and drop off the plane. There is no high expectation. After staying, I feel pretty good, clean, quiet, and delivered at 3:00 in the middle of the night, satisfied.

More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.
