Very convenient location! However, just want to say that if you're from Asia, then this is not the equivalent of the Intercontinental hotel you'd find in Asia. The services aren't as detailed or as much as you'd expect if you're used to living in Asia. I had to clean up the trash myself as I wanted to save housekeeping work for them though.
They met all my in-room demands though and room is descent size but very dim. The location is unbeatable and I felt very safe traveling alone walking back to the hotel at night.
The front desk provided a free welcome gift cookies to welcome us to stay. It is expected experience of booking Hilton hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights, however there are no housekeeping services even we reminded the staff to clean up room in the early morning.
The overall service is so-so; the location is not easy to access and there are only few shops nearby.
We had a wonderful recovery here after a long flight. The hotel is conveniently very close to the airport. Service is excellent here. Everyone we talked to at reception was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although we initially planned on only staying a day for rest and then continuing our trip to Ottawa, we extended another day because we enjoyed the space so much. Breakfast was very nice. There weren't any places to eat within walking distance, but they do provide some microwavable food options in the lobby. The pool was well kept and clean, but too small for swimming laps. Our train trip to Ottawa was late in the day, so after checkout we relaxed in the lobby with our luggage and did some work on our laptops, and we appreciated how accommodating everyone was.
Comfortable room, with carpet-free floor. Efficient heating system.
The bathroom counter is however very small. Also, the very thin tissues (kleenex) are only available in the bathroom.

Our view from the room was unparalleled with stunning views of the city from the 10th floor. The room is simple but clean and is equipped with everything that you might need for a short stay. Even has a microwave cooker and a sizeable fridge.
Lot's of underground parking, We were greeted with a smile in both French and English. Secure building. (you need your room card to use the elevator) The dining room on the 2nd floor was nice and the service and food was great and plentiful. I would recommend a stay there especially if you are going to an event at Place Bell.
Equivalent to a resort, the giant wooden house is very classical, the surrounding environment is value for money, unfortunately the indoor swimming pool is under maintenance, looking forward to the next time
I stayed for three nights, and I left a tip of $5 a day. I just made the bed and never changed the sheets. I didn't even dust the sheets. The location is super good. The hotel is connected to the ski slope and it takes 10 minutes to go down the mountain. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping villages are all available!
Beautiful property, located in the heart of the city. Recently renovated facilities and rooms, staff are very friendly and always available to provide great recommendations to explore the city.
Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions.
Highly recommended for both business or leisure.

WWai Kwan AnitaFair but not too good for the money. I booked a private room, too basic. Not even provided hangers. I prefer the other hostel in the city. Staff ante helpful and friendly.
GGuest UserUrban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.
GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable.
Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.
XXunxiangleComing to the city of ghosts, there is no loneliness anymore, everything is brilliant
Location:
The hotel is located in the most central location of the ancient city, very eye-catching, and it is within walking distance to the surrounding areas. The hotel has more than 600 rooms, and it feels like a maze when walking. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, and the restaurant is also a great location to watch the sunset.
Room size:
It's just that the room is too small. It's really too small. The suitcase is a bit hard to open. The same is true for the bathroom. If you are a little taller, you can only enter sideways.
Room facilities:
The facilities are still a little old, and there is no Bluetooth speaker. The heater is very loud.
Service:
The hotel is too big, and you still need to wait for a long time if you need a service.
Breakfast: Breakfast is charged extra, and it is a standard American Western food, but it wins in the excellent location. It feels like a vacation.
Gym and swimming pool:
When I went there, I happened to encounter the swimming pool maintenance. Unfortunately, I only swam for 15 minutes.
The gym facilities are still a little less, and the area is still too small.
Value for money: Overall, it’s pretty cool to live in a castle, but in all other aspects, it’s just average.
GGuest UserThe location of Travelodge was Central to the activities I had planned for my trip. The room was tiny. I had paid for a big room with double beds as the picture and description had said but what I got was a small room with one small bed. I had to share a bed with my friend. To say I was very surprised was an understatement
Why will trip.co. post a picture which is false?. They had same type of breakfast. Bread, boiled egg, cereal and fruit. If you don't eat bread or eggs, you will definitely be on your own. One thing i really enjoyed was the location. Will I use Travelodge next time? I doubt but you never know.
DDJandCThe service is average, and the decoration and furniture are a bit old.
There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the bathroom.
But fortunately, overall it's okay.
The location of the hotel is okay, very close to the airport and train station.
AA MTOur plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec.
Hilton overall are very reliable major-chain hotels worldwide, but at the same time it won’t have any particular charms of the local uniqueness of the region, so if you are looking for a charming place resembling Old Quebec, this place might not be your first choice.. but anyways we liked our stay here because of a hot shower and clean rooms for a reasonable prices.
Our room was facing opposite the famous Le Chateau Frontenac view, so it’s better to request beforehand if you are keen on staying on the Chateau view.
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
