Like this hotel very much. We stay one night in the pod bunk bed, like the modern design and its cleanliness. The space inside the pod is good and bed is comfortable, many spaces in the public area. On the daytime, the cafe inside the hotel is full of people working with laptop.
Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .
The bed is small, so I put two small beds together and it was just right. The breakfast is quite rich. There is a golf course around the hotel, and the environment is beautiful and pleasant.
The overall experience in the hotel was good. The location is middle of nowhere that will require couple of minutes walk to the bus stop then to the central train station. But if you are looking for quiet vacation it is highly recommended.
Excellent service and room was clean. Big TV, fridge to cool my own goods and very comfortable bed. Safe in the room and wi-fi quite good. Storing my suitcase after checkout in reseptionist controlled room and not just a room everyone can enter is a big plus. Simple breakfast that would need a better selection. Locked entrance after a late business dinner and no response ringing the door bell was the only negative experience. Needed to make a phone to get the door opened.
BASTION, YYDS, a must-stay in the Netherlands, the king of cost-effectiveness, very quiet, suitable location, reasonable room settings, the hotel has a free coffee machine
Facilities: Good
Hygienic: There are too many mosquitoes, there may be a lake in front
Environment: very good
Service: Good
This place is suitable for cars, there is indeed a bus stop in front of the hotel, 73 can go to the city
Both breakfast, lunch and dinner were really top! Compliment for the cook! The service was attentive, quiet (and at appropriate distance) but also was attentive to the guest.
The room was perfect in terms of location and super clean. The water cooker with coffee, tea is very appreciated.
We rented an e-bike on the t**** day. Good bike in the surrounding area. Many possibilities. Bicycle routes were available in the hotel.
Hotel tip: Some more instructions (but only bike key, batterie and box key provided by reception) are desirable.
Good hotel, breakfast is well arranged and dinner is also good.
The room is clean, but the bathroom is dated, you can use a refreshment round, the shower is not good.
When check-in and check-out is not all staff is just as friendly or professional, something went wrong with my breakfast booking via trip.com, eventually contacted customer service and then it was solved. But the hotel did a very strange thing about this... this isn't our problem...

Very Good
GGuest UserAn ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious but the lighting was dim. It had its own kitchen and some simple cooking utensils, although I only used the coffee machine. The hotel is self-service check-in, but because it was booked on Ctrip, we had to manually ring the bell to summon the service staff to help us pay the city tax before we could check in. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for one person.
LLawrenzoLocation is perfect right next to Utrecht Central station and a big shopping centre. Pass the shopping centre and you're in town centre. Has a swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. The only problem we had was one of our towel had some brown stains on it which doesn't look very pleasant but we showed them and they got us clean ones straight away. Also there wasn't hair conditioner but in another of their Inntel hotel we stayed there was. Try to get a room facing the train tracks I think would have a better view.
GGuest UserThe hostel has its ages and our room is more student dormitory like, this meets the expectations as hostel. Everything is clean and tidy, and good enough to stay one night. Breakfast is nice too. The big highlight for this hostel is its surroundings and all outdoor activities (ex. Biking, running, hiking etc). Lots of historical landmarks/buildings and beautiful forests allow you to plan a culture or nature tour. Highly recommended to stay a few more days here to explore more!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers a lovely ambiance, creating a truly pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which definitely enhanced the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that the location might be a bit far from the train station, making a personal vehicle quite advantageous for getting around. The rooms, while comfortable, were on the smaller side. Despite the slightly remote location and smaller rooms, the delightful atmosphere and wonderful staff.
DDarrenCAwesome place! Locating within the mall and next to the train station and just 30mins train away from the airport. Lots of shopping in the mall! Only wish is for the gym to be larger with more equipments.
MMijail EstebanThe coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.
