Carlton President Hotel

A hotel nice and clean , a room is big and have balcony. Bit far from the station but it’s in Holland so you can ride bicycles everywhere. Breakfast is good , lots of variety.

This hotel is far from the city centre, but there’s a bus from Utrecht Central Station (Bus 73). The hotel was cheaper than hotels in the city centre, that’s why we chose this instead, haha. The room style was retro 1980s, but everything is fully functional, so it doesn’t matter to us. The room size was big too, and there’s a bathtub. Breakfast was quite OK, and since it’s not easy to find anything to do in the morning in Holland since most shops and restaurants are still closed before 10 a.m., we just added this last minute for €19.50/pp. Next time, it’s better to book a room with breakfast when staying in Holland. I always forgot this.

Nice hotel on a good location for our business trip to our office in Utrecht.

Room is clean and well maintained. Front desk is friendly and well equipped with amenities. Only downside is the location is further out from Utrecht city but the free private parking is appreciated. Highly recommended if you are driving around!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The parking facilities were excellent and free of charge, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
