As always my stay at the Hilton Mumbai was wonderful. So lovely to see Wesley again on the door and also wanted to mention Aniket on the front desk who was so very kind to me when I checked out. In addition to the much appreciated late check out that we were given he also assisted with a couple of other requests. I know being a Hilton member helps but not every hotel acknowledges the loyalty so it’s these kind of generous touches that set this Hilton and the Mumbai team apart from other hotels that I stay in for work and why I keep coming back – I think it’s my 8th year now!

I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

Staying at The Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding – the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and catered to every need with a smile. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the decor to the amenities, was impeccable. Dining at their restaurants was a highlight – each meal was a culinary delight, especially at the Sea Lounge. The location is prime, allowing easy access to key landmarks in South Mumbai. Whether for a leisurely stay or a business trip, The Taj Mahal Tower offers a five-star experience with a timeless charm. I look forward to returning

Everything is good, the ambience, hospitality, and the customer care and responsiveness. The spread of breakfast and dinner also good. The facilities in the room are good. The quality of the food items are good. The staff are very cooperative.

This hotel is very good in overall services & facilities. Is very clean compare to others. Very good services in overall including transportation & your overall needs for business travel.

the occassion is good. much easier for me to have meeting with customers. The room is quiet and tidy. Service is friendly and warm. It's good and comfortable for this business trip!!!! strongly recommend for this hotel ~~~

Most friendliest staff. I went with my toddler and the staff(Rupali and Papin) at the play area were so good with my son, he enjoyed playing with them a lot. I wish the play area was indoors as it gets too hot in the day for the kids to play in the heat. Mr. Roopesh More from the vista restaurant was so sweet to get the kids food customised for our needs every day. It made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

I stayed in this hotel for six days and can only report positive things. The food is of high quality, *** also gets international food, the service is very courteous and I felt very comfortable. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel has a bar that sometimes plays live music and where *** also gets alcoholic drinks. The bar is therefore also visited by tourists who are staying in other hotels because the bar has a very special atmosphere. In India, the quality differences between hotels are quite high, but here *** can't go wrong and so I recommend it without reservation.

The staff is very friendly. English speaking. The room is clean and nice. Food is not variety but good enough for breakfast. Just the main entrance not so obvious and lot of taxi parking outside. Overall is good.

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with many eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.

A better hotel in India, because it is a business trip, choose a more comfortable hotel. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is plentiful. Will stay again next time!

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

The environment is good. There is also a Chinese restaurant. Chinese food is a Chinese chef. Every time I come here, it is close to the airport. The transfer is very convenient. I can reach the airport in 15 minutes by taxi.

Business type, the hotel has always held various meetings. It will be noisy during the day and there is no large area greening, so let's go. The rooms are ok and the facilities are not old. I recommend a lemon tree close to this one, which is better than here.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel holiday inn express pimpri during a business trip, and overall, it proved to be a highly suitable choice for my professional needs. With its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and well-appointed facilities, the hotel provided a productive and enjoyable stay for business travelers. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room quickly. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a dedicated workspace that included a comfortable desk and ergonomic chair. The hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and high-speed, which was crucial for conducting virtual meetings, accessing important documents, and staying connected with colleagues and clients. I encountered no issues with connectivity throughout my stay, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

The ambience is really nice and cozy. The service was really great. Aditya, Daniel, Sahil, Monica, Suhas were really helpful and welcoming. Food was very delicious especially chole bhutre and Dosa Tiramisu was top notch Also Bakery goods were really yummy. Would definitely visit again soon!!!

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were were clean, well furnished and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing visit. A special mention to Eram fatma from from the GRE whose professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my stay.

Really had a blast. Beautiful room and amazing service! Me and my partner had a special day and the hotel made sure we enjoy it to the core. We also got complimentary stuff! I would definitely recommend to the couples looking for staycation. It is a calm and nice place. Loved it!

One of the best hotel with best restaurant Manali , Sakshi , Mayur , Junaid From hill view cafe their service is best , we love visiting Marriott executive apartments for their luxurious stay and dinning , Hill view cafe service is amazing delicious food and quick service

The location is in the south of Navi Mumbai. The location is relatively biased. There are some government departments around. The rooms are large, and the facilities and services are also good.

Awesome staff and very helpful and understanding, they are always there for you. Was stuck and asked them to manage my family and kids they were there to help.
