Frustrating Stay!
Uncoordinated Payment: The hotel staff pressured me to pay for the restaurant bill immediately, even though it wasn't included in the room rate. They could not wait for me to go up, freshen and come down to pay; very impatient!
Limited Amenities: The hotel room only offered handwash, not shower gel!
Unreasonable Charges: Bottled water was overpriced at 150 rupees..
Unhelpful Staff: Staff seemed impatient and inflexible regarding payment options.
Overall was disappointing due to the staff's impatience with payment options, lack of essential toiletries, and overpriced bottled water. I would not recommend this hotel.
Hotel location is ideal for exploring Bengalore shopping neighborhoods Indiranagar, Jayanagar without the noise. Ms. Suruthi was helpful during check in as we asked for high floor and quiet room. All staffs are cordial, room is cleaned and has all amenities needed for a business hotel. Breakfast was really good with variety of spread, even during our 2 mornings there. Lots of vegetarian options. Ordered room service once: vegetarian burger was surprisingly nice. Hotel building is not new but it is well maintained and clean.
The hotel was excellent. The stay was very enjoyable in terms of breakfast, the amenities, the service, smooth check-in and check-out, and they accommodated our requirements.
I highly recommend booking a high floor room or suite, as the ulsoor lake is given its full justice from such a vantage point. The view and facilities are truly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is expansive and delicious, however the interior design gives off a cozy and comfortable yet chic vibe that puts you at ease contrary to the usual overstimulating and loud atmosphere of most breakfast buffet service. The one negative moment I had at check, as I had been trying to contact the property’s front desk for two days asking for a possible early check in, I even tried the their cool iPhone messaging feature, however all my messages went unanswered. When a friend of mine was finally able to reach the front desk they told her such a request was subjective to type of guest or room. This is certainly not the best phrasing. I was surprised that when I finally did arrive, and through out my stay the front desk was always manned by atleast 4 helpful attendants so I was a bit disappointed knowing my calls and messages went unnoticed. Perhaps there was a wedding requiring all hands on deck as it is the season. Anyway I would recommend the Conrad for anyone’s trip to Bangalore, family and business men alike.

The hotel has been renovated and has a clean feel. The hotel staff was very nice. I am grateful that mineral water is provided every day. It's a convenient location after all.
Excellent stay sub rats and anindata was helpful thank for your support best stay Bangalore Excellent stay sub rats and anindata was helpful thank for your support best stay Bangalore
The shopping mall is connected. Super convenient for simple shopping. Supermarket, and food court is available at convenient. They also have self-laundry self service. Highly recommended for busy schedules travellers. I ***aged to dropby the mall and few things on the move.
I stayed here for business.
There is a Japanese restaurant on the first floor with a wide variety of delicious Japanese food. Breakfast was also Japanese, which was appreciated. There was also a hot spring in the basement, which I was very satisfied with.
Any one who wants to use the VFS Global Visa services, this hotel has close proximity of approximately 700 mtrs . Fine Hotel with courteous staffs and very good service delivery .
It is worth a stay for the spend in consideration with many chain hotels in the world . Their is a shopping mall and PVR cinema next order for some fun time .

BBellRobertExceptional Stay at Narthaki Boutique Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Bangalore!
As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserI like for having free access in the gym.The Massage Spa has a nice and kind staffs, they smile and entertain guests unlike in the hotel!!The masseuse named Shashikala is such a kind lady and good whats she’s doing,I gave her a 10/10 ❤️
FFernweh_mannuIt's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so ***y great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.
I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍
AAnand the GlobetrotterMy initial experience was a bad one. The rooms are small especially the toilet and albeit the upgrade, superior and deluxe are exactly the same. The TV didn't work, toilet seat was broken and the the so called city view is miserable.
After complaining to the Mallik the duty manager, he thoroughly understood the problem and offered to change my room. Duty manager for evening shift Siva Kumar called me numerous times as I was out in the city to confirm the typr of room and waited till I got back late evening to ensure it was done. Kudos to both of them!!!
My new deluxe room with a proper city view felt bigger and more spacious albeit the same type of bathroom but all was functional. Location wise it is next to the 1MG Mall and lots of restaurants literally 1-2mins walk away. Perfect location. Breakfast is decent with international and local dishes. All the staff are very helpful as well. One amazing perk is that they have a pillow list to choose from including hot chocolate or spiced teas before bed.
I would suggest this hotel if you're doing short trips or on a mid-tier budget. Many hotels are around such as Conrad, Taj, and Oberoi on the same street with bigger rooms and slightly more only.

GGuest UserGood location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.
GGuest UserAt such a price point, we expected more from Taj. The TV didn't work even after reporting twice and the staff checking twice. Eventually all of us gave up. The AC was wonky and the bed creaked at every turn. Truly disappointed. Redeeming factor has to be the front desk staff. However, it's also disappointing that there is no schedule for the shuttle that runs from the front of the hotel to the airport. Only stay here if you're desperate.
GGuest UserI went to Hassan for a business trip. I stayed at the pearl for 1 night only. Overall it was a good experience to stay there.
Location: It was hard to find the location. I asked locals for the Pearl but no one knew about it. The Pearl was earlier known as 'The Southern Star' Hotel. They haven't changed the Neon sign above their building. After crossing the building twice, I searched for pics and saw the same building for the Southern Star and Pearl. At check-in, I came to know that they had changed their name in December 2022. They are still in process of changing their name everywhere.
Room: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The toilet was clean too. Wi-Fi is ok. The mini fridge was empty and over priced snacks are there too.
Service: My room had electricity issues so I asked them to fix it. They came in a minute and were polite.
Food: The breakfast costs 200 pax. I didn't pay for that so I wouldn't comment on it.
Overall: They need to change their terrace neon sign immediately. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
JJosa LamI recently stayed at ITC 梔子花班加羅爾豪華精選酒店 and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Indian aesthetics. My room was spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options, with several restaurants offering delicious local and international cuisine. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the spa facilities were nice, I found them a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, ITC 梔子花班加羅爾豪華精選酒店 offers a great blend of comfort, service, and ambiance, making it a solid choice for travelers seeking a luxurious stay in Bangalore.
