The two standalone chairs fold out into individual twin-size beds. The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior. Parking is on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). There are a few shallow exterior steps down from the parking lot to the ground level where the unit is accessed, about a 30-second walk.
