The only positive thing is the location next to the shopping center and all the good restaurants. There was no cleaning for 2 days, the breakfasts were absolutely useless. Everything was withered as if it had been cut the day before yesterday.

Excellent hotel, the location is super. The breakfast is simply wonderful! The staff needs more time to learn how to resolve guest issues, but for now, the hotel manager handles everything perfectly. You can find parking near the hotel either early in the morning or late at night.

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, in the old town, close to the singing fountains alley and the promenade. It's clean, with white linens, and an excellent, tasty breakfast. The beds are comfortable. On the downside, the shower drain wasn't working. After a shower, the entire bathroom and toilet were ankle-deep in water. The room had a window, but it was half-blocked by a wall and half by stained glass. Overall, we weren't lucky with our room. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't bother changing it. I definitely don't think this room was worth the price they asked.

The place is great as well as the environment. Please note that in winter you will need special transportation to get to the hotel. There was too much chlorine in the pool.

These are really good apartments. For those booking, please note that these are privately owned apartments, meaning you're responsible for your own cleaning during your stay. Just a heads-up for anyone this might be important to. For us, it wasn't an issue. The view from the room is absolutely stunning, with the entire promenade and neighboring skyscrapers visible. The six elevators work perfectly, even with the high traffic. The location is ideal, and we were completely satisfied. The beaches in Batumi are like Sochi, with large pebbles, and it's the same in Gonio, the beach outside the city that everyone talks about – it’s wonderful there.

Hotel is located at a great location. Service is a problem and staff has attitude. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

The Aisi Hotel is in a good location, especially the view of the top floor breakfast is very good, you can eat a rich breakfast while looking at the blue sea. Although it is a little old, it is clean and tidy, the room is very spacious and the service is very thoughtful. We have a little dispute with the hotel during the itinerary change. If it can be more atmospheric, I believe it will win more tourists.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!
