At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

Не соответствует 5* звезда, максимум тянет на 3*. Дружелюбный персонал, который делает всё наполовину. Ужасное обслуживание у бассейна, плохое обслуживание в номерах. Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.

Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).
