Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

The hotel has a good location, only 15 minutes from the airport. There are many restaurants, bars and nightclubs nearby, so you won't be bored at night. The hotel room is very large with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a brand new 55-inch TV. The hotel bed and pillows are very comfortable and the quality of sleep at night is good.

Cleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?

The hotel is located in the city and the transportation is very convenient. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. You can feel the friendly reception of the hotel staff as soon as you arrive at the hotel.

After comparing the official website and Ctrip, I think Ctrip booking is done in seconds. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the room is very clean. The only thing to complain about is that the front desk is on the top floor instead of the first floor. We arrived at around 9pm, and there was no staff downstairs to help with luggage... The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. Go downstairs and turn the corner to the church square, where there are many delicious foods. Find an open-air location in the evening, it is very photogenic.

The environment and space are very good, that is, the price set on the website does not have breakfast, and the price for breakfast is different. The price per time is different in Ctrip. Sometimes it is more than 700, sometimes more than 500.

Overall the hotel experience was pleasant. Sometimes, it was difficult to explain to hotel staff what we needed but overall, a nice property. The location is a little further out of the city.

It’s a good safe and a suite rooms, very clear and spacious, nice hotel, Amanda in the front office is very helpful.
