The hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

We had made a reservation for 6 days, we were satisfied with the hotel and extended it for 1 more day, its location is quite good, the service quality is sufficient for the price.

Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

It's a perfect hotel in all senses to stay in the Zipaşa. We were very happy with everything. But I'm not sure if it's preferable to spend time in the hotel before going out.
