It is a standard express hotel with a large room. The surrounding area is a bit like an outlet village with many shopping shops. However, some facilities in the room are damaged. For example, the knob for adjusting the water outlet in the bathroom is broken, so it can only flow from the shower head and cannot be changed to the top shower outlet.

The hotel room condition was perfect. Super comfortable. 5 stars, the breakfast was not as good as it should have been. it is a 5-star hotel. It was not so much to eat. Lots of jams and olives, bread and sweet things, More or less like a 2-star hotel’s breakfast.
It was perfect experience but the price is too high. Also the in door swimming pools are very dirty water you can smell it. For the break fast was perfect.
3 nights in a very pleasant family stay.
The hotel is a real garden of peace with beautiful gardens and beautiful swimming pools, perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the many contemporary art works exhibited somewhat everywhere, which give a real identity to the place.
Small bemol: a leak in the bathroom and the toilets of our room, reported but not completely resolved during our stay.
The breakfast is varied and extensive: fresh fruit, eggs, omelets on demand, winemakers.... which is good to start the day.
The hotel is a little far from the medina (foresee a taxi or a shuttle), but close to the Palmer, which allows you to enjoy a quieter environment, far from the agitation of the city centre.
A beautiful address for a stay in Marrakech.
This hotel is owned by Cristiano Ronaldo, so the abundance of Ronaldo-related items is probably one of its selling points. It's a designer hotel with an exquisite lobby and excellent service. However, I wasn't a fan of the room layout, or rather, it felt a bit illogical. There's no partition between the shower and the bed except for a glass door, and there's no place to hang laundry. It's fine for couples, but awkward for parents and daughters, or for groups of friends. If your roommates have different sleep schedules, showering late can disturb others who are already asleep. My room was an upgraded suite, and I wonder if this issue also applies to other room types.
This hotel offers a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s rest. The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guests’ requests.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.
Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.
Location: Located in the old town of Morocco. The airport is 30 euros for a taxi. But the return trip only cost 7 euros.
Exterior environment: within the old town 2KM from YSL Garden taxi to the past 30 Dirham By the way the hotel can sell tickets to the garden Skip the line Worthy of praise
However, the environment in the old town is really dirty and smelly, so please wear a mask.
Internal environment: relatively small, ascending and descending stairs, facilities in general, mosquitoes, worms, hey, swimming pool ca n’t swim during meal time, 3 meals a day, almost no time left
Meals: Not to mention this hotel, you can lose 2 pounds in 3 days in Morocco Hahahaha kidding is just unpalatable
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.
If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.

Amazing
YYetianqiyiA wonderful hotel, with a calm atmosphere, cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly. Dinner in a tent in the garden was a special and happy experience that I have never experienced before.
I have stayed in Sri Panwa, Phuket and Jumeirah, Maldives, but this hotel was just as good or even better.
MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.
GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too
TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

DDarrenOne of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.
GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for solo travelers to access everything easily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is beautifully designed—spacious and elegant. The on-site restaurants offer a good variety of food, which is great when you're too tired to dine outside.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Huda at the reception. The rooms also feature balconies with lovely views, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
However, there are a few downsides. The cleanliness doesn’t quite meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, no drinking water was provided in the room, not even on the first night after check-in. Another inconvenience is the lack of power sockets near the bed, making it difficult to charge your phone while sleeping.
