We booked for a 3 night stay for 3 people but had to manage a room for 2, for the first 2 nights. No apologies whatsoever from the hotel nor a compensation. The 2 rooms we stayed in during our stay were both badly lit; make up for nights out was a huddle cos the room was quite dark. A great highlight however is the amazing location and fresh flowers in the lobby that oozed amazing scents.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

Hotel is old witb nice location. However, check in and breakfast usually have long lines. Elevators are not working properly for 5 star hotel. Bathroom draining and odour are terrible. I haven’t expected this situation for 5star hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially ZOUHAIR in breakfast service.

The hotel's shower hot water is almost cold and cannot be adjusted. Communication with the front desk to check out early for a day is not agreed. The hotel is located in the university, and it takes a long time to walk around to a supermarket. Call a black car wherever you go. Breakfast is ok.

[5 points] The most surprising hotel in Morocco! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Marrakech Square. The front desk lady speaks English and French, and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room with a terrace. Special thanks to the Chinese tour guide Master Lin (****************), booking through him is 20% cheaper than the platform price, and he also recommended the top floor pool room, where you can see the starry sky of the Atlas Mountains at night✨ The hotel itself is very distinctive, the Moroccan courtyard in the atrium is super beautiful for taking photos, and the mint tea and crepes for breakfast are also worth a try. Guide Lin (see above for contact information) also helped us plan a private route in the Sahara Desert, saving a lot of queuing time. The room is cleaned twice a day, and the bedding is all local hand-embroidered, which is a great experience! Tips: It is recommended to book 1 month in advance during the peak season. There may be hidden benefits for booking through a local tour guide~

Location: Located in the old town of Morocco. The airport is 30 euros for a taxi. But the return trip only cost 7 euros. Exterior environment: within the old town 2KM from YSL Garden taxi to the past 30 Dirham By the way the hotel can sell tickets to the garden Skip the line Worthy of praise However, the environment in the old town is really dirty and smelly, so please wear a mask. Internal environment: relatively small, ascending and descending stairs, facilities in general, mosquitoes, worms, hey, swimming pool ca n’t swim during meal time, 3 meals a day, almost no time left Meals: Not to mention this hotel, you can lose 2 pounds in 3 days in Morocco Hahahaha kidding is just unpalatable

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles. However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified. 1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day. The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue. All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

11581108****The hotel is average. The main thing is that the rooms they were given had bad views. One was on the first floor of the hotel and you couldn't see anything. It was a bit noisy because it was connected to the restaurant. Another room was on the second floor with a small balcony facing the back road and there was nothing there either. The hotel's interior is quite beautiful, it's nice to take a walk, and the breakfast is quite rich.

SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.

TTze yanRoyal Mansour Marrakech Royal Mansour Marrakech 🕌 One of the reasons for coming to Morocco is because I want to stay in the Nijian Hotel. The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person can’t speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), it’s very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they can’t answer, and they think you’re not Speaking French is very low😂, and the more senior staff feel more proud, I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty good😋 In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a Spa🥰. In fact, there is another indoor swimming pool that I really want to take a picture of, but it happens that it is under maintenance... a few more months) . . . . ❣️Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is low. Unless you really want to go to the photo studio, you can stay for one night. Otherwise, the most beautiful place is the hotel lobby, so you can go to the photo studio as long as you book a meal. . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #Morocco#Moroccan style

GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes. It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip. When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly. The man is very kind. The accommodation was very pretty and nice. Breakfast was good too

BBadzzz LeeDecent hotel room, but the sound proof sucks, we can basically hear the mosque calling prayer to pray or the breakfast commotion downstairs as our room is facing the swimming pool. There are two swimming in the hotel, one is a heated one which is nice, but they are not that deep. The Moroccan and Indian restaurants inside the hotel which we had tried are pretty good, but slow service.

GGuest UserWe loved it here and will return. Pros - allowed us to check in early - room/ hotel was aesthetically pleasing - tv in the room was modern, so you could mirror your phone and watch films you have downloaded. - staff speak many languages and were really helpful and friendly. They were always smiling. -Bed was nice and comfy -Spa treatment was lovely! - the hotel is filled with everybody Ronaldo and my fiancé loved it! - near to mall and many food restaurants in your doorstep Cons - we saw a small amount of ants in the room near the bathroom sink but couldn't locate where they were coming from. After I corned the area I don't recall seeing any again. - Breakfast was nice but if you don't like egg, like my fiancé, it wouldn't be as nice for you. Unless you eat cereal etc. But there was a few options there to choose from. My fiancé is just very picky and too used to the continental breakfast in the UK. We plan to return

DDarrenOne of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.
