This stay exceeded my expectations. The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and all my special requests were quickly addressed. Housekeeping was meticulous and thoughtful. The room itself was spotless, the bed linens pristine, and the bathroom was well-maintained with no unpleasant odors. The hotel is easy to find with convenient transportation and dining options nearby. The room lighting was soft, the internet speed was great, and the soundproofing was good too. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and made for a very comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was absolutely perfect! A special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, and Sally from the Executive Lounge. When we checked in, Alisa was incredibly patient and thoughtful, efficiently helping us switch to a different room type to accommodate our family's needs. Her service was meticulous, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. Sally in the Executive Lounge was warm, professional, and very courteous. She ensured that snacks and drinks were replenished promptly and explained all the lounge benefits in great detail. Both ladies provided attentive service throughout our stay, demonstrating professionalism and genuine warmth, making us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the service is truly heartwarming. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shenyang. Highly recommended!

This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel lobby is beautifully designed, creating a stunning first impression upon arrival. The front desk, concierge, room service, and dining staff all provide excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, with the sea-view rooms offering breathtaking views of Xinghaiwan Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and met the expectations of a five-star hotel.

This is a very professional hotel with excellent service, consistently good as always. Every time I bring my child, we always need something from the front desk or order takeout, and the robot delivers it. My child especially loves playing with the robot. A big hotel is always better; you don't have to worry about hygiene, and the facilities are complete.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We loved having a large TV with no extra charges. We arrived very late, but the bar service was outstanding and really attentive. The bus stop is right outside the door, and parking is super convenient if you're driving. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'm definitely staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with new facilities, equipped with 50-inch LCD TVs, smart wireless charging, comfortable and considerate bedding and toiletries, dry and wet separated bathrooms, smart toilets, smart makeup mirrors, etc., providing guests with a comfortable living experience. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not delicious enough.

Our trip to Dalian was plagued by continuous heavy fog and many inconveniences. However, the Novotel hotel turned out to be the highlight of our journey, completely exceeding our expectations. The convenient surroundings, the spotless room, the relaxing aroma permeating the lobby, and especially the breakfast – with its rich and varied selection that hardly repeated day to day, and excellent quality – all left a deep impression on us. Due to a canceled flight, we returned to the hotel, and the front desk even upgraded our room type. The doorman's thoughtful service, like offering an umbrella when we went out and helping us hail a taxi from the intersection to the hotel entrance on a rainy day, made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. So, if I have the chance in the future, I will definitely consider Novotel again.

Highly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable! The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around.
