What a special place! Created to look like a desert fortress with beautiful hand-woven rugs hanging in the corridor and a gorgeous mural of the Silk Road in the reception area. The terrace restaurant was a superb place for breakfast with views of the Gobi sand dunes and starry skies at night. The breakfast was enormous, just fabulous, with both Chinese and Western choices. Freshly made noodle soup and omelets and waffles… pretty much anything you could want. Friendly staff, big, well appointed rooms, superior bathroom, everything was great. The location is a little ways from the center of town, but there is a bus across the street that will take you there for two yuan. And you can walk to the right from the hotel for fifteen minutes through a bazaar to a nature site. Loved it!

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

The hotel is located perfectly. It is in the center and on top of a shopping mall with many dining options. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered different dishes daily. Overall very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Jiayuguan.

I enjoy the afternoon tea and reading books. The whole city of Jiayuguan is not big, and it is very convenient to go out.

The location is superb, it gives you quick access to the beautifully coloured mountains, but it is also a serene and quiet place. The owner is friendly and helpful, he gave us excellent advice on how to avoid the crowds and how to make the most of our visit to ZhangYe. We could rent two bikes to explore the area and cycle to Binggou. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. The staff is all very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommend visiting danxia landform by staying here!

The room was nice and clean, and it was very close to Labrang Monastery. What was worth praising was that the room was too warm. Hahaha, I didn't even dare to cover myself with a quilt. The interior design is modern and the supporting facilities are complete, showing the Sheraton standard. The mattress and bedding are comfortable and the facilities are complete. At 9:30 in the evening, we went to the Chinese restaurant and enjoyed high-level service, tea and refreshing and delicious Cantonese cuisine, which soothed our southern stomachs. This morning, I went to the executive lounge to drink coffee, which was very comfortable.

The service was good. Our triple room only came with two breakfasts, but the front desk voluntarily gave us one upon check-in. The elevator was slow, and the shower head was too low, requiring a handheld hand shower. The overhead shower had uneven water flow and was unusable. The room looked clean, but the next morning, I woke up to find a dying cockroach in the bathroom. It moved when I touched it, but it wasn't alive or kicking, suggesting the room was properly disinfected.
