Unique design! 8 min walk from the station, a shop that selling great fruit beside this hotel and a convenience shop that not open 24 hours is beside the hotel as well.Elevator is slow but allow the delivery man deliver the food to the room. The only worry is the dining room can having a glass wall so you can hear the voice from next room.

We have been staying here each time we transit from Chengdu to other sichuan scenic areas, all these while it has been pleasant and we like this hotel very much, however not this time. After we checked in yesterday we were informed that hotel will shut off power ENTIRELY from 12.30am to 5.30am for it’s maintenance/repair, means no heating aircon, no hot water , no light, lift not working basically no electricity for 5 hours. What frustrated me was hotel should notify us prior to booking or check in and offer refund as we are so tired from our back packing and all we want is to sleep in the warm comforting room. Instead we were notified after we have checked in. At least hotel should have offer some compensation like a free breakfast which I believe it won’t cost them much… disappointing big disappointment with the management. I must say that the staff are good with their service but not the management

Stayed at Joyhub Cheer Hotel during a long transit layover in Chengdu. Firstly, you will need to get a temporary visa if you’re a foreigner and you can do this at the airport just ask the inquiry desk. Translate apps help. On your way over taxi drivers will try to tell you the hotel is somewhere else. Only listen to airport workers and follow the signs. Once you’re at the hotel it’s a nice experience. Quiet place. Upscale room. Lots of panda sculptures and other art. Wifi is horrible, made my meetings almost impossible. The breakfast buffet was good. The room service I ordered wasn’t great. It worked for my situation of a long layover at Chengdu Tianfu. 3.5/5

We stayed 3 nights on the 13th floor River-View (Tatami) room. Go for the River-View option and the City-View one is meh. Room is generally clean and this one came with a balcony for you to enjoy the fresh air and enjoy the great night view (see photo). Toilet and shower are separated. Nearest subway is Dongmen Bridge (Line 2) about 900m away. Breakfast is on the 14th floor for RMB28 per person with limited Chinese and International options. We opted to eat breakfast elsewhere or order through the MeiTuan app. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free gift of 香囊 （sachet) upon checkout. Highly recommended!

Xiao Ning is very friendly and even helped us to order food on our first night at around 11pm! She’s the only reason this hotel gave us a good stay as we experienced issues with the aircon system on our 2nd night.

The hotel lobby is clean and elegant, the front desk service is friendly and attentive, the guest rooms are clean and easy to go anywhere. Overall, I am very satisfied with a trip and the butler service was also very good, providing timely convenience

Very spacious room with sufficient amenities. They even have a small living room and everything is very clean. There is also a robot that can help to send deliveries, making it so convenient. All in all, a comfortable and cozy hotel to stay. More importantly, it is close to the city and have so many stores all around.

I last min booked this hotel as I wasn’t happy with my previous hotel. So I booked this hotel at Chunxi Road (near Tai Koo Li) Hotel was so much better than previous one for sure. Paid for breakfast hotel (food literally the same thing everyday) Like: • Location really good and walkable distance to man malls and all but the pick up point for car is always jammed (after 420pm start to Jam) • a lot of food and stores nearby and even IFS shopping Center. • Service was good despite that lady before checking in. • Opposite hotel is train station Dislike: • Carpet Floor • No Fridge • very basic tv / cannot connect phone and all • Pool Closed • Too many people snatching to use the washing machine/dryer. • Came down physically to ask the receptionist if I can straight book a hotel on the spot and how much was it. She told me to check online so I asked her isit she can’t checked on her end now she said no she can check but idk why she dw help me check. (Before stay)

The bedroom was lovely—though a bit small, it didn’t negatively impact our stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The staffs were helpful and nice. Pls note if u stay on 4th floor there’s only lift until 3rd floor and need climb stairs. They have 1 washing machine outside hotel but no dryer. Spotted My room with 1-2 dying wasps/bees but it wasn’t much of issue through the stay.. basic facilities wise were sufficient for me 2 night stay. Bed was abit hard and blanket was abit heavy. Bathroom door had a bit seen through coz the sticker fell off. Have restaurants nearby, but I suspect the restaurant next to this hotel (exit to the right) gave me food poisoning ( plz avoid that 1 shop that sell both hotpot and chongqing food, the staffs only smile at ppl who enter their shop and keep walking away halfway while taking order of our food 😑 she even recommended to try their hotpot which is more expensive but we don want)

Excellent Stay – Clean Hotel & Great Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is close to popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Klein, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me in booking a bus, making my trip even more convenient. His friendly and professional service made a great impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. I truly hope to return someday! ＜3

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Very close to the tourist spot and bus station. There's a staff who is supportive to us, find us bus ticket even though its not success, one point for the place. Otherwise, we had to wait for a long time for hot water but still no hot water from the shower but from the sink. We contacted the staff but they didn't even seem to care.

Location is great. So near the bus station kiosk. And it’s in the Pengfeng village where there are many eateries. It’s only a twenty minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou. Hotel itself is clean but heating is not so warm in winter. Hot water is good. Breakfast was mediocre. There is no meat dishes mainly buns and corns eggs and vegetables. There was coffee and soya bean drink which is ok with us.

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

The room was very nice, and we were lucky that it snowed heavily the next day. The breakfast was also very good. There were hot springs and ******* costume photo taking. The waiters were very enthusiastic and attentive.

Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

First of all, the first impression is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, super good 👍🏻 The room is very new, the space is large, and it is comfortable to live in~ The most surprising thing is the hotel's catering, especially the yak hot pot on the first floor, absolutely amazing 👍🏻 Volkswagen has activities, high cost performance 👍🏻 A good living experience❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

No a bad choice for those who knows the area well and prefer accommodation that is more cozy and different from main brand chains. On the other hand, it might be just a tiny bit challenging for those who are visiting the area for the first time (like us). We had questions about the shuttle bus service, etc and the only staff on duty at the reception had to receive guests from bus stop as well; so we got short, sketchy answers, which make planning for our return journey the next day more challenging.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!
