A Standard Business Hotel with a Convenient Location
**Rating:** ★★★★☆
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, it’s your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While I’m happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated.
Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding hospitality I experienced during my recent stay at the Taj. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional and made my visit memorable.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of your team were evident. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise. The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here, itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

The service was very good, although the Sikh foreman at the front desk was a little taciturn, but after we arrived at the hotel late the first night, the air-conditioning sound in the room was too loud (the hotel equipment is really outdated), and I changed it quickly after I proposed room.
There are not many types of breakfast, which are generally the same in India. You can't have too high requirements to be full. Hotel location is a bit biased, there are no small shops around, my husband went out to buy water for about 20 minutes. Riding TUTU to the Golden Temple is about 50-100 rubles, which is cheaper.
Equipment, bedding is really old, hygiene is still very clean.
If it wasn't for the day when I checked out that I accidentally noticed that there was a spot of unwashed oil on the end of the quilt, I should have given a high score, but it was really uncomfortable and I found it after sleeping for three days.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant in Park Plaza Ludhiana. The staff members Altamash and Mampeert were truly exceptional – very supportive, attentive, and super fast in their service. They ensured everything was taken care of with a smile and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication really stood out. Highly appreciate their efforts and hospitality – definitely deserves recognition!
Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

GGuest UserITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

JJasvinder SinghStayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should. The clean is cleaned daily. At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices. Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious. There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay.
