GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price

BBirdie13We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

GGuest UserMy friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

GGuest UserHotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

SSarmad JirjeesOnly the ad it was mentioned that the gym Was open and that they have a pool and waterpark open as well however, when we went there, we noticed that they have only two treadmills no way to, and that the pool is currently closed for renovation until at least summer.

김김흥민The location is good. There is a water park, which is noisy because there are many families. The soundproofing is not very good. Due to the complex structure of the hotel, it is difficult to find a room.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel itself was nice. The amenities were good, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, our experience with security wasn’t great. We came with friends and were just spending time together in the room, nothing excessive, but security approached us and threatened to kick us out. That part felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Aside from that situation, the property and facilities were solid. I just think the hotel could improve how situations like that are handled so guests feel respected while still following the rules.

GGuest UserNicely restored historic hotel, centrally located in downtown Saskatoon. Good value. Decent, though smallish room. Continental breakfast is kind of lacking. No broadcast tv, limited free streaming. Limited parking behind building. Pretty good English pub on ground floor.

GGuest UserIt should be a remarkable hotel in Saskatchewan, with the smell of old money everywhere. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The hotel lobby also has its own bar where you can relax in the evening.
