This is a formerly Westin property. While i can see that this property once was an amazing hotel with lots of land and amenities, i could tell the new management wasn't doing a great maintenance job. Lots of wear and tears in common areas.
But still the rooms were clean and while the location isnt in downtown, lots of restaurant options nearby to make it appealing
Great location in Richmond Hill. Convenient to shopping malls restaurants bars and more. Lots of things to choose from. Indoor swimming pool gym and Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby area. They also have shops in the complex for all you need. I would recommend this hotel to all in this area. Only kickback no airport shuttle bus service. Need to book a taxi or other way of transport
The hotel has great location, only steps away from metro line station which connects VIA, Rideau and parliament area. Level 4 has pool, play ground and laundry though detergent is not provided. Washing and drying cost $3 each. No kettle and tea cups in the room. Air conditioner is aged and make noise
I was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton. The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags. Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied.
The manager says that their early check in fee is $95! Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain. All it succeeds in is pissing off customers. What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags?
Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton hotel Markham, The day of arrival was really stressful and annoying as we weren't able to check-in for over an hour due to miscommunication between Trip.com and hotel and we all know what that feels like after a long flight traveling with a child and the hotel is not close to the airport either.
The other days were very good, service was amazing, Sonny from the restaurant is a real Gem, very experienced, helpful and professional thanks Sonny, the food was very good especially the Ontario rack of Lamb and the Waffles breakfast!
The apartment was very clean, gym was amazing, the Spa was relaxing and the cleaning staffs are very dedicated and hardworking, I recommend Hilton Markham.
The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍
The beds are a bit narrow and a bit crowded with children. The room is relatively large. There is no elevator on the second floor. Pay attention to more luggage! Free Wi-Fi and free parking.
everything about your service is disgusting. your crooks your partners are same it is not a money grabbing thing when someone is in a fire using a welfare card to get a room cause their home burns down ghat it is proper for your two companies to take their money and you know ahead of time that it is a debit card. you will never live thus down. I zm going to make sure I plaster everywhere how you robbed me. crooks give me bCk my money jou goofs

Good
GGuest UserThe room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at.
The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all.
Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby.
Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.
BBrandi ClairThe bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!
GGonzalez FamilyThey offered a complimentary airport shuttle. Great location, the hotel is clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again when in Toronto.
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.
RRuilinThe hotel is located outside the subway Union Station. It's a convenient place to stay, whether you're coming from the airport or taking the Go Train back from Niagara Falls.
There is a coffee machine with 3 capsules, cutters. Just bought watermelon at the supermarket outside the hotel.
Nice radio, playing music for me right in the door.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
AAnne-Marie MulumbaGreat stay! Right downtown, easy to find and accessible to everything. Clean and modern. Noisy due to construction. No room service, but a good lounge and dining area
GGuest UserGreat hotel. I stayed here with my wife. We really liked the bed. Was very spacious. Room was clean and modern. Really nice blow dryer for my hair and nice modern iron. Television channels were a bit fuzzy. The hotel is sustainable so they don’t give bottled water. They recommend tap water. But I went to the gym for water. Washroom is clean. I like how there’s a nespresso machine in every room. The room can be a bit dark too. Not very much light.
GGuest UserThe food was good as well as the location of the motel. Not sure though if bed bugs was causing my back to itch. But overall, it was a good stay
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future
