Arrived and was greeted cordially. Clear instructions on where to go to find our apartment. I couldn't park in the allocated spot undercover due to the neighbour taking up more than one car space. So we had to park further away from our apartment. At least we could park! Our room was upstairs yet I had booked a ground floor. Didn't matter! It was clean and tidy. It was very noisy in the front bedroom due to the wind from the storm that night. My daughter had to swap bedrooms due to the noise. The beds were comfortable and warm. I had an even nicer attendant upon check out. Overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel is not brand new and does look a little tired but it is not as bad as some places I've stayed. I would recommend it for families as it is easy to find and has easy access to Busselton and all it's delights.
A little dated although renovation works are ongoing; hopefully to refurbish the place. Conveniently located across Coles and many other restaurants. Good dinner options all around. Parking is done by an external vendor and guests have to pay separately.
This resort has rooms on all budgets and the staff are 1st class willing to help out. It is no more expensive than staying in Denham comparing food, drink and accomadation..
We arrived at 8:30 pm, and the front desk was closed. The key was in the key box at the door. I called the hotel to get the password and then got the room card. The room is very large, you can wash clothes, and there is a dryer. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The bathtub is a bit high and a bit unsafe. The 2 single beds are small and more suitable for children.
My stay at Hilton Busselton was exceptional. Located just steps from the iconic Busselton Jetty, the hotel offers stunning ocean views and convenient access to the foreshore.
The rooms are spacious and modern, featuring comfortable beds and thoughtful touches including USB-C charging ports. The high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary parking added great value to my stay.
The heated outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation, while the 24-hour fitness centre helped me maintain my routine.
Together & Co Restaurant serves an impressive breakfast buffet with made-to-order options. Their dinner menu showcases local produce beautifully, and the bar provided excellent casual dining throughout the day.
What truly distinguished my experience was the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality, combined with the hotel's premium amenities, created a memorable stay that has me eager to return.
Close to Margaret River Main Shopping street. Very convenient as a central location to visit Margaret River surrounding areas.
There’s a Bar and Restaurant located in the Resort, which is very popular with the locals. The Restaurant has very good food and drinks. It also opens late, which is a plus point.
The hotel staff are very welcoming! The hotel's own restaurant tastes good too! The overall environment is good, recommended! I didn’t take any photos of the hotel, but I could see wild kangaroos behind the hotel.
The functions of the room are relatively complete, but they are not useful. The washbasin is a palm's width wide and cannot be used to brush teeth. The room has a musty smell when opened, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same price.
It was a clean and modern accommodation as it was in the picture!
The location was great and it was good to Burselton Jetty.
Overall, I liked it because it was my favorite design accommodation.
I think it would be nice to swim in the pool if I go in summer.
I am satisfied with everything I need :)
The myriad, wide range of international cuisines would suit those who are looking for a 5 star get away with a love for gastronomical indulgences, the seafood buffet is new, fresh yet retains the traditional variety of food for families, business travellers and those visiting the hotel as commercial group.

AAnonymous UserLocation: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station.
General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish.
Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees.
Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books.
Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money.
Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice.
CCho Kai JamesThe room is spacious with a nice big table enough for a family of 4 to gather around. The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.
TTeo E KLocation from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.
GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space
((:D)Friendly staff is happy to answer any questions that you have. There many comfortable chairs all around the lobby. There is designated drop off point in front of the hotel.
Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!
GGuest UserThe front desk was friendly, interior was looks new, clean and modern-looking. I requested for a quiet room and upon checking in the staff was kind enough to give me some more options, and was eventually given a higher floor room with good views. There was toothbrush available when asked. Bed was very comfy and I really liked the layout of the room with the blinds to the shower and the closet that links the bathroom and the bed. Managed to visit the pool early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool water was warm. One little thing though, I found some small insects crawling near the drainage of the shower area in the morning before I was going to check out. It seems like small spiders I'm not sure. But other than that, the whole stay was a really nice one.

YYoke PingA great choice for families with up to two kids. The location is very convenient, close to shops, attractions, and public transport. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
