As good as it gets…this hotel does not fail to impress when you least expect. Miss Jane as bubbly and helpful as always even though we were there during Songkran Festival time where i had a small hiccup with the TV set n towels but it was dealt with promptly.appreciate the staff helpfulness n cheery services. Breakfast always a gem and this hotel ticks in every part on servitude.Will definitely repeat thank you. 🤗

The hotel was big and nice, the breakfast was good and having many variety. I like to walking around the hotel, having jogging, swimming and gym. It is a nice place ta stay and relax without rushing to go else. Every thing can find within hotel or just short distance away for food and groceries.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in the bustling area of Hatyai, just a short walk from Kim Yong Market. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. It was truly a pleasure to revisit Hatyai after several years, and the warmth and hospitality of the hotel made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a distance away from attractions and you need to take transportation every time you go out. It would be great if the hotel provides free shuttle to Lee Garden or Kim Yong Market. The room is clean, but the pillows have odors and the bed sheets have stains and holes. The hotel does not look as elegant as in the photos, but I like the ambience of the hotel. There is not much variety of food for breakfast. Overall, I still feel comfortable and happy staying in this hotel.

The hotel is not in the best location, however it is walking distance to the central of town. Nearby does not have a convenient store. Their bed is not a king-size bed but two combine of single beds.

the most meaningful honeymoon for me and my wife. I like the decoration from richman. very relaxing hotel. very friendly and helpful staff. I will come again for a second honeymoon with the same wife 😂 .

All are okay. Got breakfast provided. Near to main road. Satisfied having break here before heading to Hatyai.

The main building looing great, but was given room in annexed building, but the room have a moldy stuffy sewage smell upon entering. The basin was blocked upon using, no one come to fix the problem even after a complaint was made. The bed is not fixed and will slide away when sit up leaning on the edge for reading. The overall feeling is like staying in 2 star hotel instead of 4 star.

Location wise is excellent. Walking distance to lots of good eateries and day and night market in and around Lee Garden area. On the day we arrived, the family room for 3 that was provided was not up to expectation as was advertised. We requested for a change but only available the next day and was a comfortable stay for the next two days. The single rooms was alright. Hotel staffs was accommodative and very helpful and polite and provided good assistance to our needs. Overall our stay was comfortable.
