Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.

The only thing I wish I had was a refrigerator—you can ask the floor manager to store it if you need it. I planned to stay for one night. But one more night! I wanted to stay longer, but the lack of a washing machine was disappointing, so I moved to another place due to the lack of amenities. There are no coin laundries in this area, and I was surprised to see prices for each item. The hotel is in a nice building on the corner next to the Red Cross Hospital. Mojaji, the bustling Insadong area, is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast isn't provided, but I always eat meat, so I'll have something to eat! Since there are plenty of ingredients, buying a variety of vegetables and making a salad for breakfast is no problem. Instead, I carry olive oil or balsamic vinegar, so a sprinkle of cachaho salt makes for a delicious meal. Highly recommended.
