If you're into art, good food, and friendly faces, La Vida is the spot. It's a simple, welcoming place that's ideal for soaking up the local scene. Definitely worth the stay!

You get what you pay for. Room is so small. Towels, toiletries and linen are not replaced everyday. There are alot of mosquitos and sometimes it is noisy during night time. My television has volume problems. Over all good for short term stay.

MMai Berckmans1. The place is clean. It is fairly new. It works for us. However for folks who wish daily room service, change of towels and tidy of space, maybe you could ask the friendly staff. 2. Decent distance to and from the airport and it is nicely tucked in a residential neighborhood. Unfortunately we didn't walk around. 3 & 4. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. You have your basics. Shampoo, soap, towel, clean sheets/bed, free filtered water from the ground floor, aircon and hot water for shower. If you avail of the breakfast, you get a free mix coffee and 2 nice loyal bread. Word of caution, they don't have lifts. WiFi is the area of improvement as it is slightly slow or disconnects often. In general, a good choice for the price you pay.

GGuest UserWe decided on this hotel based on price, but it was even more comfortable than we expected. My wife and I stayed here for four days. It's in the middle of the city, so it's in a great location with the night market and mall nearby. As you'd expect from Duterte's hometown, the security is very good. The thing that surprised me the most was the taxis. They always keep the meter running, even if you don't use Grab. You wouldn't see this in Manila.
