When we got there at the hotel, the receptionist told us that they upgraded our room from good for 2 person to a room that is good for 3 person. We don't know why.
When we're at the room, we kind of smell a cigarette then we approach a staff to have the room sprayed.
Probably the best hotel in the area. New property with good amenities. Spacious rooms. Nice view over the bay. What we did not like were the pools: both not deep enough and full of children. The front desk at the check out tried to charge us for what we did not order, but with the absence of any proof (signature, etc, on the bill) they had to withdraw their claim (it might have been not cheating but mismanagement).
Friendly and helpful staff ๐๐ป Hotel is just next to nice cafes and restaurants (try Beanery, a better alternative to Starbucks which is also a few steps away) and just a few mins drive to the city plaza.
Even though the hotel is kinda old, facilities is still ok considering the rate is reasonable. I had a lovely stay! ๐๐ป
Thank you so much for the great staff in this place. We felt the warm hospitality during our stay.
The place is majestic and the intricate details of the wood work will make you love the place. It is quite luxurious even if itโs smaller in scale compared to some of the luxury resorts in Bataan (ie Las Casas, Montemar, Anvaya). Itโs very quiet so you will be able to relax anywhere. The bed is also very good so your sleep will be nice.
The only major improvement is the food. I think that the selection is limited since a lot were not available. The taste is also not worth the price. Itโs too expensive for Pinoy home cooked meals. There are also ants but this is bearable and we are also in a farm so bugs and ants will be inevitable.
Other than the food, everything else has been great!
Staycation Hotel is definitely a comfortable stay. Kudos to all the staff, we received amazing service and they are all very helpful. As a virtual teacher, they helped me to report to work and graciously allowed me to use the lobby's internet to get stable connection
The facilities need a bit of extra attention.
The internet connection inside the rooms isn't stable - not conducive for freelancers who tend to work even during travels. Since the internet in the rooms aren't reliable, the smart TV isn't much of an entertainment. We would connect the TV to our own hotspot just to be able to watch online. The bathroom needs to get the drains fixed so the water could drain properly without the water pooling in the shower. The pool is a great facility in the pictures but would need cleaning.
Despite the issues mentioned above, our stay in Staycation Hotel was comfortable. Mostly due to the amazing hotel staff and the location. We hope to see this hotel continue to improve its facilities.
Stay at Widus if you want a staycation with kids, they will surely enjoy the pool with slide. Food prices are reasonable. Ms. Jean at front desk offered a free cake upon seeing my birthday on my ID upon check in.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever lived in!! Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent cuisine, gorgeous view from the window! Cleaning every day, delicious food, the ocean is visible from the window. Surfing is wonderful!! There are even doctor services! We will definitely be back! Thank you very much to the hotel staff
the service is excellent and accommodating. The facilities is very clean. I will be back for the next time for another stay in this hotel. Highly recommended
Breakfast and service is terrible.
They say it is buffet, but selections is just 3 and most of the time there are no food left replenishment takes more than an hour despite reminders. Facilities in their Bistro were the dining is done is so terrible no table cloth and untidy, wait staff are untidy, not cooperative, and impolite

GGuest UserAlthough the room is not big! But the internet is a bit slow! If you want to improve it, it will take about 5 minutes to walk closer to the pedestrian street. You can stay here for a day! If you want to stay in a large room, it is not suitable. I hope you can stay here next time you come.
GGuest UserThe location is accessible to main road, bars, yet the place is quiet and safe. We got the two-bedroom suite and the rooms are big complete living room, kitchen with so pots and pans and bar counter. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and clean. There is no elevator though and we were at the third floor. Not so senior or PWD friendly. Upon entering the room, it smelled like food but after turning the AC on, the smell subsided eventually. The place is good for more than a week stay. Itโs like living in an apartment or condo already. The staff are friendly and there is a small but clean swimming pool. Thereโs also a mini marketplace where you can buy cup noodles, drinks, snacks and toiletries. The place is quite new so everything looks clean. All in all, we will definitely return and recommend this to our friends.
WWaterKorean vibes hotel with spicy korean breakfast buffet, eveything korean here but most of the hotel guests are noisy filipino workers. Conveniently , hotel guest can shop at the kmart. its a budget choice with class, clean room with kitchen, floppy pillows and new linens , hot shower is really scalding and kids must adjust the prefered heat first. if you are looking for a spacious family room m hotel is wholesome deal.
Try the sub zero beer at the front bistro the beer glass is icy and really makes any beer taste more exquisite.
GGuest UserRooms are fkn awesome. Like an apt. but.. like their 2ndt location ABC.. they lack a restaurant/ Pool... They are like 50 feet from walking street tho. Service is amazing like ABC as well... if u don't care about the pool and restaurant... Def book.. McDonald's is like 5 feet away as well lol
TTamaIt was a hotel with a good location and I have used it several times in the past, but this time there were many disappointing things.
Front staff unfriendly.
There was no hot water in the shower in the room, and the TV was not working properly, so I asked the staff to call me back, but it took a long time, but they left without saying hello.
Even though there were vacancies, we were not allowed to change rooms.
After all, the hot water did not come out of the shower again, but I gave up and used it with cold water.
The most shocking thing was that after cleaning the room, when I returned to the room, a used wet bath mat was left on the refrigerator. No next use.
GGuest UserArriving at Clark New York
It's a good place to stay for a while
The facilities are old, but I didn't feel they were lacking.
Cleanliness isn't too bad either.
GGuest UserPros+ - before booking, I asked the girls at the reception to show me the room, they showed me the room and after that I booked the room.
+ - delicious breakfast, but the website said that you could go to lunch instead of breakfast, at the reception they said that it was only breakfast.
+ good worker, helped out many times, showed how to use the safe, forgot the key in the room, he opened it for me.
Cons - it seems that the pool is not cleaned, a lot of insects are swimming, I wanted to swim, but did not dare.
Cunning staff - they reminded me that I did not return the card from the door, but did not tell me anything about the fact that I forgot the deposit of 2000 pesos, when I came 5 hours later, my money was taken to another place. A taxi at the hotel costs 500 pesos for foreigners
