1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.
- had sofa
- plug points on each side of bed
- bedside table each side
- toilet rack for clothes
- mini stove
- house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights
- wall decor
Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow.
The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times.
Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways.
Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.
Location was quite confusing. Instruction to enter car park and which lift to enter can be made clearer. Manageable to find. Check in process was quite long.
Overall cleanliness is good, except for sticky floor. Still acceptable for me. AC is cold. Towel also clean. Good sound proofing, can hear very loud highway sound in corridor but once enter room, all quiet (super plus point). Lack plug point for family rooms.
Swimming pool is nice for my kid. Didn't visit gym. Lift may take a bit longer if peak period I feel. As we get quite high floor. Stopping on almost every few floors. So buffer time for lift transit if you are exiting at peak hour.
Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained.
Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.
Parking is available but comes with an extra charge.
Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
Just opposite the I city theme park
Nearby shah alam and got a lot of nice food
Need to liase with the management to confirm which block so you can park at the correct correspondence carpark slot.
Kids can spend time at jungle gym which is chargeable
Overall, the stay was quite good ❤️. The only downside was the really remote location. The room's cleanliness could also use some improvement; there were stains at the bottom of the trash can, which made me a bit worried about cockroaches 🪳.
One of the best value-for-money places in Puchong. The room is so big you could play badminton in it! The underground parking is quite spacious, which is convenient if you're driving. Downstairs, there are 3-4 bars, making it easy to grab a drink and have some fun. However, rooms facing northeast might get noisy on weekend nights. Personally, I'm a good sleeper, so once I'm asleep, I'm fine.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The overall environment of the hotel was quiet and relaxing, making it a great place to rest after a long day.
The location is also very convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling around much easier. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and find the stay worth it.
I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

EEvilyn PowThe place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff.
Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.
AAnonymous UserThe room was very comfortable, and the location was absolutely fantastic. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is super convenient. Plus, there are tons of great food options, coffee shops, massage places, and dessert shops all around, and they're all high-quality! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserStayed multiple times here as it's an affordable accommodation for a few nights trip in KL.
Located right beside Dash highway with a direct connection which allows you to travel to PJ, KL, Puchong, etc conveniently if you are driving.
There is a public parking/ mall parking available, but it is a separate charge (maximum RM6 per day as of April 2026)
Recently the cleanliness quality has dropped, sometimes the floor is abit oily/dusty and some units have a smell in the toilet could be from sewage piping.
AAnonymous User-
The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good.
However, there are two things that need improvement:
1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people.
In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds.
The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable.
2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites.
My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa.
We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep.
The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop.
The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands.
These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good.
Thank you.
JJulia Alfaro AraujoThe apartment was very clean but it smelled really bad, like durian or garbage that was kept too long in the room. The bed was comfy & the toilet was clean. Only the smell was the minus thing in the apartment.
RRaeff »One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.
GGuest UserLove the location, it’s close to the Central I-City Mall, and the city walk is amazing. Room’s clean, great running hot water. There’s a fridge, stove top, sink, microwave and washing machine. There’s one tv in the main bedroom and one in the living room. There’s also air conditioning. You can enjoy amenities like the gym, swimming pool and playground. You can get snacks and salads at the Koffee cafe in the DoubleTree hotel lobby downstairs. Wifi is also fast. Both rooms have wardrobes and they do provide you with hangers. There are utensils in the kitchen for you to use.
The downside is the service is lacking. They ask for your number to send instructions but I never got any. I called several times but they didn’t answer. I had to ask my husband to spam call them and it took a while before they even answered. The guards barely understood my questions and weren’t helpful. The parking path was a bit hidden and there were barely any signs so I kept going in circles and had to make several u turns because I couldn’t find the parking anywhere. Tried to ask the guards and they pointed all over the place and I was super confused. Finding the designated parking space was another issue. Tho they did provide video reference, it was still a hassle. To enter the parking we had to download an app for QR scans to get to the parking . Had to pay extra RM20 per day for parking. From the parking to the elevator then finding the door for the residence was a marathon to say the least. I consider the parking to the residence lobby far. If you’re with kids, I recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller to help with bags and children since it’s a long walk. Another problem is there were no places to hang wet clothes nor were there any dryers. Had to go across the road to the i city park buildings to find a self-service laundry place.
There’s a ton of pros but the cons had me regret choosing a homestay rather than a hotel
