The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times. Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways. Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.

The room was very clean. I'm very satisfied and really like this studio type room. Next time, I'll definitely rebook. It's suitable for newlyweds or couples looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for destressing from work. Simply the best!

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

We chose this hotel near the airport for an overnight layover in Kuala Lumpur so we wouldn't have to stay at the airport. The price was reasonable, and it was a 15-minute taxi ride. The taxi cost 34 IDR, which is about 700 rubles. It's essentially an apartment – the room has two beds, a kitchen unit, a stove, a table, dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, a TV, an AC unit, and two ceiling fans. The bathroom is basic: a small sink, a shower without a curtain and with an instant water heater, and a toilet. Everything works. The room was pretty clean. It was perfect for getting some sleep outside the airport – my wife, child, and I were all satisfied. There isn't really a reception desk; there's a security guard who helps with what to do. We picked up the room key from a mailbox, and we received the door code when we booked the hotel. They didn't take a deposit from us for a one-night stay, but if you stay for more nights, they charge a 200 IDR deposit.

Actually we booked for a 2 night stay, but our plan suddenly changed and we book an early 1 day from the actual check-in date. I contacted the homestay management and they told me to make a new booking for 1 night and from their end, they will combine my booking with the actual booking, so that i dont have to re-check-in and pay double deposit. The studio is super clean and the beds are super comfortable (it's like a zero pressure bed, where the other person won't feel your or his/her movement). Only need to add a microwave, then it will be a perfect stay.

I am very disappointed with the cleanliness standards during this stay. When I lifted the bedsheet, I found many long hairs underneath, and it was obvious that the bed had not been cleaned properly before the sheets were changed. This seriously makes me question whether the bedsheets were actually replaced, or if the same sheets from the previous guest were reused. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations of a hotel, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I hope the housekeeping department will take this matter seriously, especially ensuring that the bed is thoroughly cleaned before putting on fresh bedsheets. I hope the hotel improves its hygiene standards to prevent other guests from experiencing the same issue.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Check-in was smooth, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The apartment's pool and gym were a nice bonus, and the facilities were pretty good. While the decor and amenities aren't super luxurious, for the price, it offers great value for money, perfect for families or friends traveling together. All in all, it was a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! They immediately gave me a room on a great floor with an amazing view. It was a thousand times better than my experience at the hotel next door later on. I'll definitely be back here again. The design-oriented room was vibrant and fully functional.

The environment here is great. It's only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, and there are many detached villas in the surrounding area. The apartment complex itself is also excellent, and Xiamen University Malaysia Campus is just a short distance away. Everything was clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete, with all sorts of home appliances available. The service was considerate, and I could communicate without any language barriers in Chinese. Overall, I recommend staying here if you have an overnight layover at Kuala Lumpur Airport.
