I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay comfortable. I appreciated that the room came with access to Netflix, though you need to log in with your own account. One of the nice perks was the option to request an early check-in, which was convenient. Overall, everything during the stay met my expectations. However, the location was a bit confusing to find at first — clearer directions or signage would be helpful, especially for first-time guests. Once you arrive, though, the experience is smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely consider staying again.

The location is a bit challenging to find, but once you enter the building, especially the lobby, it's breathtakingly luxurious. The room itself is incredibly convenient, with the air conditioning feeling refreshingly cold. When we noticed our refrigerator wasn't functioning well, we informed the staff, and within five minutes, a maintenance service agent arrived with a new fridge—truly top-notch service. We made use of the pans to prepare a delightful breakfast of ramen and sausage. This stay was absolutely perfect. I will definitely return and even consider giving gifts to others, as it's such a convenient and aesthetically pleasing experience! However, one downside was that the water heater wasn't functioning well. I didn't manage to contact them about it, but believe me, the staff are incredibly helpful.

My room was upgraded to a 2-bedrooms unit. It looks clean and nice. But... I was welcomed by 2 little cockroach and there are some spiders at room corners. The bed looked clean but I feel it has dust mites, because my legs feel itchy. Besides, the pillow is a bit smelly. The bathroom exhaust fan might have some problems, the noise is quite loud. The parking entrance is not easy to find especially at night time. Hope they can add a clearer signboard. Overall, it is a nice place to stay if the management could solve these problems.

Pros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.

Overall our stay in our unit was good. Can be improved by making sure there is no hair on the bed sheet and there should be hooks to hang our clothes in the bathroom. Initial contact to tel no given was worrisome as no reply. But as the day approached for our stay, managed to communicate with the relevant party without a hitch. My Deposit was returned promptly. Well done.

We arrived at 5 PM, but our room wasn’t ready and moved to the different one. The building was under renovation so it was noisy. The pool was only 1.2 m deep and there was no gym. However, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. 

Great place BUT nearly did not get to check in. Communication skills zero. Day before I messaged asking for checkin details. No reply. Then I call the number. Not work. Land in KL on my checkin day and still no response. So to and fro with Trip.com to get this sorted. They were brilliant and got resolved. However, not appreciate the stress of sitting around at the airport trying to book somewhere else as thought I had been scammed.

Check-in instruction was clear and easy. But the thing is the mattress and linens! These are the hearts of a stay. They have to be comfy and clean but this mattress string or structure or what is kissing the pelvic bone, basically it sunk in the middle. And the linen! Its yellowish, the caretaker said they are sorry and will inform the admin to change a batch but the one in my room remained unchanged cause i think all of their current batch is the same condition.
