Here’s my honest review! The studio is really pretty and clean. For the price, it’s super worth it , especially around Damansara where most places start from RM160 and still don’t offer much or aren’t as clean. The unit comes with a hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, microwave, and full cutlery set. No kitchen or stove, but enough for simple meals. Aircond is cold, Netflix is available (just log in with your own account), and the pool has a lovely view 🥰 definitely a bonus! Cons: Toilet drain had a slight smell and water pressure was a bit low (maybe I’m just used to stronger water at home hehe😅). Lift was also a bit slow had to wait 10–15 mins. But honestly, not a big deal. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget👍🏻

If you’re driving & not familiar with the place this is for you. First things first contact the property CS and ask for the location details and stuff. They’ll send you the videos on how to get to the building and how to find parking. Don’t repeat the same mistakes I did. As of now you can’t find the place using waze, you’ll end up at the pickle point. Minus one point from me. You need to use Google Map to get there. The lift only goes one way at a time (it goes up all the way and vice versa) and it’s annoying to wait as it takes too long. Here’s another tip, on weekends especially, if you want to check out you might want to go out early as it’s gonna take a while to wait for the lift that is available. When going down, it’s full almost all the time as most people are checking out too. Ifykyk. As for the rooms, super satisfied with it. Love it. Will I repeat, for leisure maybe but for work related nope. Probably never. But I had a good stay.

Excellent Stay – Great Value for Money! I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything from the lobby to the room was impressive. One of the biggest pluses was the free parking, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially since we were driving. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with great facilities!

Overall our stay in our unit was good. Can be improved by making sure there is no hair on the bed sheet and there should be hooks to hang our clothes in the bathroom. Initial contact to tel no given was worrisome as no reply. But as the day approached for our stay, managed to communicate with the relevant party without a hitch. My Deposit was returned promptly. Well done.

Great experience! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

The place is very nice, however everything around is still under construction. I am sure that it will be awesome once all the shops are done. For now, there is an immense commercial area at 5 min ride (IKEA). The staff was very nice.

Pros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.

Security was good. Logbook security. Access card required from parking to Soho suite. Whatsapp owner to get instructions on how to check-in. Clear instructions. Location wise. Kipmall, ninso, food truck , laundry just below the building. Soho suite with pool view. For future, maybe owner can provide washing machine so tenant can do laundry inside. Only 2 towel provided, despite having 3 people in booking. Good for short stay.
