I stayed one night at Cactus Rail on April 22, 2025, and I felt happy with the view facing the runway,even though only a small part of it was visible. I love linen, and I noticed that the bed linen felt a bit oily, especially in the area where the body lies. It wasn’t oily on the sides of the bed, so I suspected that maybe the sheets weren’t changed, or perhaps not enough detergent was used? To me, fresh linen should feel dry and clean on the skin, not oily. I mostly felt the oily sensation on my feet and legs.

Heater for shower tak function. Water heater/kettle tiada mau buat susu anak. The house a lil bit dusty, on the wall, curtains and behind doors. No tv channel, use my own netflix acc. Receptionist service excellent! Parking awesome, near the lift. Overall, good. Plz improve the cleaning services. Thank you 🫰🏼

A good place to stay for family vacation and can cook and also it has complete equipment for cooking and it is very new and the price is affordable

the matress are not clean make my body all become itchy…room no 2..no slipper for room and no towel for bathroom..,

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay . just bear in my mind this homestay doesnt come with free parking access and the price for parking is quite expensive

Because I had to catch a flight early the next morning, I wanted to live closer to the airport. The infrastructure of this apartment is pretty good, and the facilities in the room are quite comprehensive, but you can't cook. The owner will contact the tenant in advance to pay a deposit of 100 yuan. There are convenience stores and restaurants at the door of the apartment, and you can order takeout if you don't want to go to the city.

This homestay provide everything including fridge, induction cooker, kettle, pan except microwave oven. But they prepared washing machine with dryer (not too dry) but really quick to dry all the clothes by hanging them just for 1 hour, all dry. Really help us which stay longer & with minimum clothes. The lamp in 2nd room not functioning, it makes the room a bit dark. Towels all provided together with the soap & shampoo. The host quite late in response but still responsive since at first, we got problems on the internet & our coverage is slow there. For parking, it’s have spacious space & easy to park. As overall, my family happy staying here. Thanks host.

spacious enough to fit four adults, parking and picking up and returning key are a bit tricky though. Its adviseable to have someone to help you with this.

Location-wise it is excellent - situated just opposite the Filipino mkt and pasar besar KK, as well as next door to Wisma KK. The unit has basic amenities including a smart tv, iron, single electric stove, electric kettle, microwave and some kitchen utensils. The beds are comfortable. However, the sofa was very uncomfortable. Perhaps Maplehome can get a better one. Otherwise I would have given the unit a solid 5.
