Hotel location is close to Gaya Street and convenient. The sunrise view are also pretty But the only downside is no free parking which need to pay by hour rate if park inside the building unless you able to find road side public car park lots to park. But must download Sabah smart parking app to make payment.

Room filtered water has an unpleasant odor. Sutera Avenue lack of management maintenance, parking basement is dirty and dark, corridor amd lift also dirty.

Cheap homestay managed by Maple Homes. Spacious room equipped with Coway, refrigerator, oven and big screen TV. Beware reception only open at 8am. If you are locked outside at midnight or dawn and forgot about access pin, definitely a nightmare. They won’t pick up your phone. Hopefully reception bring along phone with them in the case of emergency guests can contact them. they just leave the phone in the drawer from 11pm -8am.. Management should take note

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my friend, and the second time was with my younger sibling. I really like Hotel Paradise Suite because of its strategic location and the free amenities like Netflix and YouTube. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel except for one thing, the mattress. It is too soft, which causes back pain and makes it uncomfortable to sleep. If you look at the third picture, that is where I chose to sleep. After moving there, I was finally able to sleep better. No hate. I truly like this hotel. However, perhaps the management could consider upgrading the mattress to one that is of better quality and more comfortable.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. There's a convenience store and 'Fa Ji' (a restaurant/shop) downstairs, and the central market is just across the street. The only minor downside is the occasional motorbike noise at night, but it didn't disrupt our sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with an unobstructed sea view from the balcony. All the appliances were Samsung and quite new. They even had the AC on for us before we checked in, and complimentary water and drinks were provided – a big plus! Plus, there's a free swimming pool on the 6th floor for guests. There were only two small drawbacks: first, there aren't many elevators, so with a lot of guests in the building, we sometimes had to wait a while. Second, there's no luggage storage at the hotel itself. You have to go to the specialty shop downstairs. They offer free storage, but we felt a bit awkward about it and ended up buying something before leaving our bags there.

First off, the biggest advantage is how incredibly spacious the accommodation is! The pool is decent too, and you can see planes taking off and landing nearby, which is cool. Overall, the facilities are clean and well-equipped with everything you need, which was great. Also, the staff were very friendly even when we checked in late, and when we needed extra towels, we messaged them on KakaoTalk and they brought them right away, which was a nice touch. My only minor complaints are that there's no indicator showing which floor the elevator is on, which was a bit inconvenient, and the hot water wasn't working. However, since it was hot outside, lukewarm water wasn't too bad! Despite these small issues, if I ever go to Kota Kinabalu again, I'd definitely want to stay here. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice place. The room was cool, just like being in Kundasang. It was also comfortable, and we could cook, though there wasn't a rice cooker. But we brought our own, so it was fine. We'll definitely book this place again, it's awesome. Tiara Homestay is the best and amazing, thank you Tiara!

Corner lot unit, with veranda. 3 bedrooms with queen bed, one with a single bed. 2 toilets with water heater are super convenient for my friends and me. All rooms including living room equip with AC. Basic amenities for cooking. Thanks for the microwave & large fridge. Water dispenser is great, hot and cold water ready for drinks at any time. Easy access to the Imago Mall. Overall we had a great stay for a short reunion.

The location is convenient, But accommodation faces the main road,The sound pollution is extremely serious Some guests were very uncivilized. Even late at night they were talking loudly and slamming the doors like fireworks, maybe trying to show how strong they are (but it was super annoying) There is NO free car park — you have to park at a paid parking lot 🅿️.

Perfect spot for my transit as usual either comeback from KL or go to KL. Convenient store and various of restaurants nearby are definitely good place for stay. Sorry for the blur photo as I arrive late from KL
