It was a wonderful place to stay with a family of 5. The place is nice and and clean. Bed is comfortable. Host also helpful and they allow us to check in 4 hrs earlier from the normal check in time. This homestay is located in the heart of Semporna town, very close to the seafood market, supermarket, food stalls, and night market. There is a self-service kitchen and washing machine on the third floor, which is very convenient. What's more, the front desk lady speaks Chinese very well and is very attentive. Because I was sick with a fever, she took us to the clinic for injections. Thumbs up

Overall the room is nice.. clean.. and also big.. check in and check out also easy.. pool also clean and big.. our kids really enjoy to stay here.. the host is very nice and helpful.. thank you so much.. will repeat to stay here again soon.. ✌️

the matress are not clean make my body all become itchy…room no 2..no slipper for room and no towel for bathroom..,

strategically located at Imago..quiet and comfortable homestay with fully furnished.. suitable for small family..the only things need to improvement is cleanliness and maintenance power plug..overall its nice and good,plus with fast responded staff..

Amazing unit apartment to cater my big family of 10adults. Nice view from balcony and 2rooms to chill and enjoying sea view. Also can see aeroplane passing by from balcony. The problem only with car park. Only 1unit car park offered on resident area and another car need to park at Imago mall or KK Times Square, a little bit expensive because no special rate for long hour parking. Overall I'm very satisfied with this unit.

The top head can only produce cold water, and only the bottom one can produce hot water We had to change to a mountain view room on the second night, but the water heater switch was not turned on. The child was anxious to take a shower and looked for a long time without instructions, which was also very strange! In the end, I could only use WeChat to find customer service and ask someone to come to the door, but it was still leaking. The water output was very small and could only be used barely. The overall experience was not very good. The shower in another self-service apartment we stayed in later was normal. Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay . just bear in my mind this homestay doesnt come with free parking access and the price for parking is quite expensive

The sea view room on a high floor has a wide view. It is within walking distance to the night market or shopping mall. It is spacious and has kitchen utensils and dishes. However, because we stayed for 5 consecutive days, we felt that the housekeeper should have informed us in advance about the garbage removal, instead of telling us after we asked. Everything else is very satisfactory. The rooms near the sea are quieter, but you can hear the sound of cars at night on the side near the road!
