SSheltonThis was an okay hotel. My main complaint is the initial cleanliness. There was so much dust everywhere, one of towels was badly stained, the shower had mold, and the bed sheet had some stains. Honestly I was disgusted. One thing to note is that if you are staying less than 7 days your room does not get cleaned. You have to pay extra for cleaning. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good (maybe not worth the 14 euro extra fee per day). The location was great, walking distance from the canal where there are many restaurants and shops. The room is very small but does have all of the amenities needed if you are staying for an extender period of time and want to cook (though I am not sure about laundry service for clothes) Personally I will not book this chain again mainly due to the cleanliness and I prefer a hotel where the room is cleaned/re-stoked daily.
TthewandercuratorVery clean, modern studio with a comfy bed, sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, freezer fridge, combi microwave oven and dishwasher. Capsules, detergent and milk provided. Early check-in is possible for a top-up of €20. Really liked that it was steps away from the airport bus drop-off, a Tesco supermarket, a great bakery, and 10 minutes walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar district and day tour meeting points. It had a gym, guest laundry room and a cosy breakfast cafe/24hr bar - did not try the breakfast buffet since we were out very early everyday, but you could purchase it at €2 off each night before. Friendly reception staff. Would stay at this branch again if we're back in Dublin.
GGuest UserA perfect stay in a perfect hotel !
It was my first trip to Dublin and was so happy we chose this hotel. The reception area was spacious & decorated lovely !
All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
The prices of drinks were good seeing Dublin is expensive!
The room was perfect with a kitchen area and all we needed. The bed and sofa bed were so comfortable and so clean !
We would definitely stay here again!!
Ssalvalasilvia The place is in a great location but the keys to the room are supposed to be picked up in a different location that is quite far from the hotel. The staff is supposed to be multilingual but when we called for help to get the keys we got unlucky and had someone over the phone that struggled with English (in Ireland..).
The place is overall very clean but the decorative pillows don’t seem to get washed.
It’s ok for a brief stay, not for a long one as there’s not wardrobe. Nowhere to store anything or at least put the luggage.
Also, the kitchen has silverware and mugs but nothing to clean them.
For this price, I was expecting a little bit more attention to details.
DDANThis hotel-style apartment can be said to be an unexpected surprise in the journey. It was originally because the Spring Festival wanted to cook in the room before making a decision to stay in the apartment. It is not the most comfortable stay in Ireland. First of all, the apartment is in a good location, about 3-5 minutes walk to the River Liffey, and there are dense bars and restaurants along the banks of the river for a convenient night view of Dublin. Secondly, the location of the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the Guinness Exhibition Hall. The pavilion charges a small fee (25€/person, free for children, 22€ for students), but the 360-degree gravity bar on the 7th floor has a good view. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable. The living room, toilet and bedroom of the one bedroom apartment are designed separately. The sofa bed in the living room is very convenient and can accommodate three people easily. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious, with separate master bedroom and guest bedroom, laundry room separate. The design is very thoughtful. Suitable for families with children. Fourth, the apartment is fully equipped, the quality of household appliances is very good, and all kinds of kitchen supplies are available. For Chinese people traveling in Europe, whether they can cook for themselves is an important factor affecting the quality of travel. In particular, the ability to buy local vegetables, fruits and meats has greatly improved the quality of travel. Fifth, there is a slight noise, mainly heating hot water and pumping system. The water pressure in Ireland is lower than expected. The second floor and the third floor of each household need to be pressurized, and the sound of pressure is very large. In addition, there are many young people traveling in Europe on weekends, and there will be some noise in the middle of the night.
GGuest UserThe apartment is the same as the Ctrip picture. The store has opened a sofa bed according to the application requirements, which is practical. The next day was the weekend, and the store was not open when we left in the morning. According to the instructions in the store's room, we put the key in the box at the door of the office and left.
GGuest UserRoom was nice and clean staff were friendly only issue was our room had fire exit door which joined to another room where a family were staying was woken up by people being loud in hallway at 2 am and was kept up all night from a baby crying as door was very thin and could hear everything
XXIAOCHENGIt is estimated that there is no room to upgrade to two bedrooms. It is noisy at night near the main road. The facilities are old and the transportation is convenient. I did n’t fix it for a long time. I gave a mobile electric heater. The water heater is time-controlled and will stop working automatically. It needs to be adjusted manually.
