Located in the city center, a five-minute walk from the train station, there are many surrounding living facilities. The rooms are clean and well-equipped and cleaned once a week. There is no air conditioner and the temperature in Britain has been high recently, which is a bit difficult to receive. We booked a period of 5 days, including Christmas, as we were looking for a comfortable and calm place. At first they put us in tower number 6 in apartment 6B, but it was extremely noisy. The floor creaked too much. The apartment is spacious. it was very clean and the staff seems to be very professional, there is also a security guard who is in the parking lot, but this detail with the floor and the acoustics left something to be desired. They moved us to the top floor, 6C, to try to alleviate the noise problem, but when other guests entered 6B, it was possible to hear the TV, the conversation, the floor, everything! So if you are someone who needs tranquility and a little silence to work, look elsewhere. P-S: The TV is not smart and has almost no channel options, the dishwasher did not work. I think for £100 a night they could improve on those aspects!

The only problem is not to have lifts, for those who come with heavy bags is a problem and door noise hitting all the time, hell!

The location is convenient and the room is neat and clean! It is after Trip.compaymentyou have to contact the hotel yourself to providea copy of your certificate,and then submit a deposit of 150 pounds, and then the hotel will give you the check-in guide! In the whole process, I called 4 or 5 times, and it was not until more than an hour before check-in that I had to call again to urge me to send me the check-in guide! I have booked so many hotels on Trip.com, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation! Although the room was nice! but never stay again
