Very satisfied with the room👍I really like the loft-style top floor. There is a small window above the head, and the sun shines down during the day. On rainy days, you can see the pattering on the glass window. I really like the bathroom, it's big, clean, simple and comfortable! The rooms are fully equipped and functionally separated. However, there are no fixed service staff and it is a completely self-service apartment. If you need to go to the door and find the lady on duty, she is very nice👍

The first time I stayed in such a good hotel, because Edinburgh was not as fun as I imagined, so I stayed for a day and came to Carlisle. I didn’t expect to encounter such a home-like hotel. If you are a family of four coming to Europe unless you book two rooms, otherwise the room is small. You can’t imagine it. Here ~ to book a suite, like at home, the kitchen has everything! I went to buy ingredients that night to make it!

A lovely apartment style room. It was immaculate, beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. Great location for the town centre and football ground. Self check-in and out was effortless after receiving comprehensive instructions.
