The hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city. The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door. The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot. The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal. We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the giant projector screen and professional sound system. It instantly transformed the space into a private home theater, offering an incredibly immersive experience for movies or binge-watching shows – something you rarely find in hotels at this price point! The room design was very stylish, with wooden elements and clean lines creating a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, highlighting the attention to quality details. Plus, the mini-bar area had everything I needed, from a kettle to tea sets, making for a very convenient stay. The service was also excellent, from a smooth check-in to an effortless check-out, with friendly staff throughout. My overall experience far exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great audio-visual experience and appreciates quality accommodation!

I booked for 5d4n,it was a last minute booking, due to returned from Yabuli. This hotel is nearby harbin west train station, 5- 10 mins walking distance. There is a underground walkway (escalator) to the train station. But, the walkway door opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. You can still use the staircase. I booked for 1 queen bed and received free upgrade of 2 queen beds. As there is no front desk, it is advisable to contact them immediately once you have booked it or prior to reaching this hotel for hotel room access details (digital locked). The hotel is clean and spacious, with 1 dining table, washing machine, fridge. The room photos are as advertised. They allow free luggage storage at their office at the same building. They also request for a rmb100 refundable deposit, and they even allow late check out with extra charge applies. Few restaurants, Convenient stores, fruit store, coffee shops and KFC. The nearest subway station is ChengXiang station, exit 2, less than 10 mins walking distance. Distance between airport and this hotel is about 30 mins drive (around rmb80 to rmb100), depending on traffic. There are 3 to 4 blocks of this building area. I strongly recommend to stay here. Unfortunately, i forgot to take the room photos.

Booked a queen bed room without window but surprised to be upgraded to king size bed room with window. A little problem upon my arrival to the building as I was trying to look for the Sheng Ya logo outside the building. There is none. Just look for LOFT and go into the door on the right and navigate through to the lift. Some lifts do have the Sheng Ya (盛雅）logo beside the 14A button. At 14A floor, follow directions to front desk, where you will be greeted by a resident cat there. The bubbly young receptionist was friendly and she took photo of my passport as with other hotels. My room and pass code was sent to my WeChat in a jiffy. Loved the clean and spacious room, can even do your own laundry if your room comes with washing machine. Close to Harbin West Railway station and Metro station. I had a good night sleep after going for a bath house nearby (悦溪棠温泉洗浴）. Only downside， there are 5 lifts, can be a long wait for lifts and there are times when the lift stop at almost all floors. Other than this, highly recommended for single traveller to Harbin, value for money and conveniently located.

The location is super convenient, no worries about getting around! The room was a pleasant surprise as soon as I walked in, instantly lifting my spirits. The bedding was so soft, like lying on a cloud 💤 The view from the window was also great, relaxing as I looked at the tall buildings. The place was spotless, with attention to detail everywhere. It was such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time 🥰

Excellent! This is the most comfortable and best value-for-money apartment hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. Plus, it's on a high floor, so I got to see varying depths of snow every day.

The hotel is strategically located and has very convenient transportation. It is very close to Harbin Wanda. Downstairs is Harbin West Station and the subway entrance. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is recommended as the first choice! The room is comfortable and tidy, spacious and bright, hygienic and clean, and the bedding and mattress are soft and comfortable. The patient and thoughtful service at the front desk makes people feel more approachable. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high and I will stay here again!

This isn't really a hotel, more like an apartment with a wonderful view of St. Sophia Cathedral. For five of us, the room was perfect in terms of size, number of beds, a gorgeous bay window, and a kitchen (without a stove) with a fridge. However, there were some issues that weren't great. For example, the grubby hallway and elevator, and no administrator on-site. We had to communicate via the app and a Chinese-speaking translator, then translate back again. Maybe there were other options, but we didn't find them. Then, the toilet kept getting clogged. A Chinese lady came with a plunger to clear it, and then suggested we do it ourselves... On the last day, the toilet broke completely, and we were worried that, well, 'stuff' would start flowing onto the floor. It took five tries to get help. An intelligent young Chinese man in a white shirt and blue jeans came and tried to fix the toilet using a YouTube tutorial. He fiddled with it for an hour, then opened another room on the floor for us to use the toilet there. At least that was something, but walking through those hallways at night was a bit spooky, and it wasn't close by. The bed linen wasn't sparkling white, and there were some boxes and even someone else's slippers under the beds... Not amusing. Only the view from the window saved us, honestly. Refusing the room upon arrival would have meant an unknown wait for a refund through the app. We arrived late and simply didn't have the energy for such maneuvers.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and smelled fresh, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The natural light and ventilation were excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both super quick. The location is really convenient for getting around, with a convenience store and snack shops right downstairs, making it easy to grab food or necessities. It's incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The biggest surprise of this trip was choosing this guesthouse. The owner's warmth and attentiveness made my entire journey warm and happy. They were also incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented. The room environment was superb, completely exceeding my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy and tasteful way. As soon as I walked in, there was absolutely no strange odor, and the sheets and duvet covers even smelled like sunshine! All the toiletries were provided, making for a very comfortable stay.
