MM4428****Our family of three had a fantastic New Year's Eve stay, it was truly a wonderful experience!
**Parking**: There's an underground parking garage with EV charging. After linking your license plate to their mini-program, parking is free for the entire ski season.
**Room Facilities**: The room has an American-style decor and was clean and tidy. The sofa bed could easily sleep two adults. I heard the floor heating was adjustable, but I didn't know how, so the room was a bit cold at night; just make sure to use your blanket. A washing machine and dryer are provided, which is great – a microwave would make it even better.
**Service**: On our second day, they called to check how our stay was going, which was a nice touch; they didn't wait until we'd already checked out. We mentioned the mattress was too soft, and they immediately swapped it out for a firmer coir mattress, so we slept soundly on the second night. Also, every time we left the room, it seemed someone miraculously tidied it up. One time, after returning from the hot springs, we even found a fruit platter waiting for us.
**Dining**: We ate five meals in total at the all-day dining restaurant downstairs (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner). The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and, most importantly, not crowded. Other restaurants outside always had long queues during meal times, and hotel guests even get a 20% discount. For breakfast, they surprisingly offered steak and salmon! I also highly recommend the American-style burger!!
**Other**: There's a hot spring and a gym. The hot spring was very relaxing.
**Suggestions**: The ski equipment service hall's efficiency was low. It might be okay on weekdays, but it definitely needs improvement during holidays. I suggest allowing guests to complete the process (including ski cards) the evening before, at check-in. We had a ski instructor booked, but the slow front desk processing delayed us by over ten minutes. Returning the cards also has to be done there, and given how large the hotel is, walking back and forth feels quite far.
