The room is clean and tidy, the landlord is warm and helpful, the bath towels are disposable daily, so you can use them with confidence. The room faces the sea, so you can watch the sunset without leaving the room, and the night view is even more pleasant at night. There is everything you need to eat, drink and have fun downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. There are buses, subways and taxis wherever you go. If you can walk, you can walk directly to Nanputuo Temple. The price is really cost-effective. I will definitely order it again when I bring my parents to play in the future.

We booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university. They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere. The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though. I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs) The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

The room was super warm and made me feel as comfortable as at home. 😀 And the location of the apartment is also very good, just in the core area of Jimei District, there are many food and attractions around, and it is very convenient to travel. Place location is nearby airport but Trip.com do not share any navigation URL to find it though Amap so i take local people help to call the owner and this kind person come to pickup me from nearby. Compare to the budget he provide best service and provide water ,brush and bath related products. Another thing i also do not understand, Trip.com allowed me to book one bad room for two person but the owner said this room for one person so he give me the room with double bedroom with extra 30rmb change but still good deal 🤝

I could hear it very clearly on the second floor, so I didn't sleep well. The wifi signal on the second floor only has one or two bars, and the network is always disconnected. Fuzhou South Railway Station is not a very user-friendly station. There is no elevator from the airport bus to the ground floor. To get to Lulei Road, you have to take the underground passage without elevator, which is not very convenient for tourists with large luggage. Looking out from the South Railway Station, Green Apple Cinema Apartment is located on the Sunshine World side, not far from Fuzhou South Railway Station. If you don’t bring any large luggage, it’s okay to walk there. The apartment has a large room and is equipped with a washing machine, providing convenience for laundry needs while away from home. There is also a very large refrigerator, which is enough for a family of four to store food for half a month (but I really don’t use it). The bathroom equipment is relatively small, and the dedicated water heater does not worry about insufficient water volume or unstable water temperature. The facilities are that of an average apartment, providing the necessary conveniences but not luxury. Bath towels, bed covers, pillows, etc. are all in good condition (pictures are included). If you are looking for cleanliness and safety when going out, it is no problem. I plan to return to Fuzhou and stay here in two days.

當我第一次到達福州入住這個酒店後就給人一種福州氣息撲面而來，停車場停車方便，購物也方便，半夜出門前往便利店購買了一些吃的東西以及小零食，就感覺特別方便便利店就在酒店門口，風景也特別的好，總之這個酒店給我的印象就是非常的好，因為我個人習慣睡覺喜歡枕高枕頭，老闆立馬給我送了兩個枕頭給我服務真是超級廠超級高。我要給這家酒店點贊👍

整體感覺五顆星，房間乾淨整潔，剛開始預訂的時候還擔心會不會不乾淨，到了才發現是想多了，他們有專業的衞生團隊打擾，服務也很到位，有什麼需求，客服也是很耐心的回覆，地理位置也好，離萬達廣場很近，出行方便，下樓就有很多小吃
