Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

Hotel is in Erdao Baihe town about 5 km from Changbaishan raiway station. Still far from Chanbaishan. Hotel has no service to Changbaishan. Room has a good size. Bathroom is big and function properly. There is a coffee machaine. The negative side is very bad internet connectoon.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

Extremely neat and clean! Beds, windows, bathroom, and even amenities. I was quite surprised to see that level of rooms in those town. And the food was fabulous as well! They serve morning buffet, and the foods were just like their rooms, fresh and tasty. Of course the staffs were very helpful and supportive. If you’re foreign travelers like me and care about clean rooms, this hotel must be your choice to see around Changbaishan.

Location: The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel has a pick-up service. You can make an appointment one day in advance. The driver is very good. It is close to nearby restaurants, the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, and the Demon World Rafting. Environment: The hotel is very clean. The guest rooms are basically equipped with daily necessities. There are also crutches for the elderly. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I guess they are afraid that it will be too slippery on snowy days. The 1.35 bed in the twin room is enough for an adult to sleep with a 6-year-old child. The breakfast is self-service and relatively complete. There are noodles, rice, Western and Chinese, and the taste is also good. Service: The service is excellent, especially Manager Zhao who is a kind-hearted sister who specializes in receiving tourist consultations in the hotel lobby. It is the tourist season now, and it is a little difficult to call a taxi because the place is small. Manager Zhao helped us find a taxi to go out for dinner. We didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain at first, and Manager Zhao also helped us find a way and told us that it is fun and delicious there. Thank you very much. Finally, the hotel has a lot of hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, with various medicinal soups and pools with different effects. We still prefer the outdoor hot springs. It is also a special experience to soak in the hot springs outdoors at minus 17 degrees. It is worth the trip and very satisfied

The environment is very clean and tidy, and the hotel is cleaned very well every day. The hotel provides self-service washing machines and dryers. Although the clothes in the washing machine were taken out early because of other guests, the hotel was very proactive and solved the problem very well. The overall stay was really good. You can also store your luggage when you leave the hotel on your last day. Don’t be too anxious. Long live mutual understanding! Before leaving, they gave me some local specialty souvenirs, I loved it. The hotel provides a good daily breakfast.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

Very low value for money! The overall decoration is slightly outdated, the elevator buttons feel like electric shock every time you touch them, and the accompanying hot springs are a complete failure (more details below)! ! ! The so-called outdoor hot springs are built on a small terrace on the middle floor, with a total of three pools (it was so cold that I didn’t even have time to take out my phone to take pictures). Figure 2 is an unopened area, and there is no heating in this section. To go to the outdoor pool, you need to walk out to the terrace through here. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, I only wear a bath towel. It is winter and I don’t dare to imagine how I can walk such a long distance if I get soaked. Most facilities in the indoor pool are not open. The open areas are small, poorly equipped, and do not provide free water. If you want to drink it, you have to pay for it yourself, which is really a waste. There is no dry storage area in the shower room, only two bathing beds, where everyone's bath towels are piled. When the cleaning and hygiene aunt received the job, she would move everyone's things out of the way and splash water on the guests' clothes to make them wet. Finally, although the hotel's breakfast is very attentive, the customer service attitude is very good. But it's next to Puyue. If you don't need hot springs, there are many branded express hotels nearby, and you can save a lot on room rates.

The hotel is in a great location, there are welcome fruits in the evening, and the hotel restaurant also has free hot porridge in the evening. You can walk to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and Edelweiss Park, which are basically within 2 kilometers. I thought it would be tiring to walk before, but after walking twice, it is completely acceptable. You can also walk to the Rice Station. It is a little far to the Yunding Palace. Take the shuttle bus from Edelweiss Park or Rice Station. There are also places to eat nearby. Erdaobaihe Town is not big, so it is very convenient. However, the room service was not up to standard. The room was not cleaned up the next day. Only the toiletries were changed. I didn't know that the toiletries in the shower were gone. I only found out that the bottle was empty when I washed my hair at night. It was really unacceptable. I still like Atour very much, and now I often consider Atour when I go out. I am not posting this to hold anyone responsible, but I just hope that Atour can work hard to improve so that more people can have one more choice.

This is the most satisfactory Mercure hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in Mercure hotels in Sichuan, Chongqing and Xi'an. The service, hygiene, room layout and view of this hotel are the most satisfactory. Thanks to the front desk sister Li, who helped me upgrade the room type. The original super king-size bed was upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room. She also asked us to check the room first to see if we were satisfied. Then we wanted a twin bed room, and sister Li also helped us communicate, and finally let us stay in the twin bed room as we wished. The room is very large and the view is also good.
