This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone

Facilities: Both refrigerators in the kitchen are broken. Environment: The environment of the entire villa area is good. It is very close to the sea. The beach is good and there are not many tourists. Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed on the beach and it is not a bathing place. But the children were already very happy playing in the private pool of the villa. Health: average. Service: Breakfast is very rich and great! Other services were not good. There were a lot of floating objects in the swimming pool. I asked the waiter to deal with it, but it was never done.

This is the room we stayed in most during our trip to Hainan.
