All the staffs here are very welcoming and smiley which feels great the moment I stepped in. There are live band in the lobby on Fri/Sat and they are great! Room is clean and big and location is accessible to anywhere. There’s a morning market just across the hotel and a convenience store right infront. Would return again :))

Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe.  Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work.  Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees.  Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area ….

His personal attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and set the tone for the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Mr. Tarmizi, who went above and beyond to arrange shuttle services for my family. Not only was everything seamless, but his friendly demeanor and professionalism made our travel experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service in ferrying us around was truly appreciated. Every staff member at YELLO Hotel Batam contributed to our memorable stay. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the restaurant crew – everyone greeted us with warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome. The hotel’s location at Harbour Bay is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend YELLO Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area. Patched door tap card device, not very glamerous. Interior very simple and not the most sleek. Location is good. Front desk not 24hr. Basic essentials are met. Would prefer other hotel. But price is worth the stay.

Great location—facing Nagoya Hill Mall directly and just a 3-minute walk away. Located on a busy street with plenty of eateries, and right next door to an Alfa convenience store. The downside is the lack of soundproofing—you can hear people talking and the sound of prayers from the nearby mosque.

First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use Trip.com for their next traveling plan.

This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation.

Well recommended hotel... Only 5 minutes walking to Grand Batam Mall... Spacious and clean room... All staff was very polite... Breakfast was very good... Will repeat again this hotel when come to batam

Great stay, very very nice staff, good food (food is slightly expensive)

This stay at the hotel was similar to my previous experiences. It’s probably my third or fourth time staying here. The toilet wasn’t very clean this time, and I wanted to make a complaint, but I was in a rush to go out and meet some friends at a nearby hotel. That said, the service and the room were still good, and the overall experience was pleasant. The internet connection did drop occasionally, but overall everything was fine. I’m still very satisfied 👍
