A luxury hotel at a great bargain price. View is terrific. Location is also fine. The room is quiet during the night. The concierge speaks English well.

This hotel is very new, modern and clean. The room is very spacious and comes with a balcony with an amazing view of the bay. The atmosphere at the roof top bar on the 25th floor is amazing. The staff are polite and friendly. Jenny, in particular, is proactive and attentive. She saw us discussing at the lobby and came over to offer help and advice. She booked us a cab and gave instruction to the driver since we can't speak Vietnamese. She even asked us to WhatsApp her if we need any further assistance when we're touring outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Halong

First of all, the facilities are good for the low price. There is a market and a Vietnam/China border immigration office nearby. The staff were very friendly and nice, but the massage shop on the 6th floor seems to be not so good.

Although the hotel was fully booked on the weekend, the staff were friendly and the environment was pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was reasonably priced and delicious. We had to pay an extra 50,000 Vietnamese Dong for a bottle of water. There's a convenience store downstairs, so we could buy some ourselves. We'll definitely come back next time.

the hotel is located near to the international border crossing, walking distance. there is also a vincom plaza next to the hotel. this is very convenient for shopping and meals. there are many eateries around too. the buffet breakfast is quite a spread, very delicious. the weasel coffee is the highlight, chocolaty and rich. it's not as caffeinated as normal coffee. the staff are friendly and helpful, i left my wooden fan in the room and they helped to retrieve it. the environment is pleasing and comfortable. too bad the swimming pool was closed for maintenance because of a storm, quite a nice pool.

The view from the room was amazing, and check-in was earlier than 14:00, but we were able to move it up to 12:00, which was great. There is a cafe on the first floor, where you can get ice cream and other things that are perfect for when it's hot. Check-out was also changed from 11:00 to 12:00, which was great. Motorbikes can be rented cheaply, and since it's not as crowded as Hanoi, even Japanese people can drive. But you do so at your own risk.

Unfortunately, we couldn't check in earlier; the room wasn't ready until shortly after 2 p.m. A very nice apartment, large and clean, with everything you need. The beach is unfortunately still empty and unserviced, but it's a great location if you want to start a cruise from here. The view of the sea and the city is just as beautiful as the rooftop bar that's part of the building.

The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the CP value of living in a villa is high. It is not far from the night market and theme park, and it is within walking distance. The only disadvantage is that there is no dressing table.

If five stars are not the upper limit, then I want to give this hotel ten stars. From check-in to departure, the whole process is warm. The patience and enthusiasm of the front desk staff makes people feel at home instantly. The room equipment is all available and the layout is comfortable. Although it is not perfect, it is definitely not hidden. The breakfast is extra rich and the fruit is particularly delicious. I would also like to thank a very nice and beautiful front desk staff. I couldn't find the car booked on Vexere from 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning. Because I had to catch a plane, I was so anxious to ask a front desk staff for help. She was patient, cheerful, kind and gentle, and helped me call to communicate and solve problems. She was like an angel sent to save me, and she made my heart melt. PS: The pool party atmosphere is super hi; I also developed a good habit of going to the gym at night and spent several full nights here. Ok, I went to see Mr. Tung, and it's very convenient here, close to Sun World and Bai Chay beach, I can walk there =))) chill
