The hotel lobby is truly luxurious. In comparison, the rooms are slightly less impressive than the lobby but still perfectly fine. The room service staff are very enthusiastic; they always greet you warmly if you meet them in the hallway. The transportation is very convenient, and it's a short walk to the nearby National Games venues.
My experience at the Conrad Macao was absolutely perfect, truly deserving of its reputation as the 'benchmark for luxury accommodation in Cotai'.
The location is an absolute winner. Situated at the heart of The Londoner Macao resort, it not only offers complimentary shuttle buses directly from the airport and ferry terminal but also provides direct access to hotels like The Venetian and Sheraton, as well as large shopping malls. The Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower is right outside, making it a one-stop destination for dining, entertainment, and shopping. You can check off multiple popular attractions within a few minutes' walk.
The service truly embodies 'attentiveness' in every detail. From the concierge who enthusiastically helped with luggage and explained travel guides, to the receptionist who proactively upgraded our room and personally escorted us to explain the facilities, and even staff members who remembered our needs to help book ferry tickets or arrange wheelchair rentals – every interaction made us feel incredibly welcome. If you mention it's an anniversary or birthday in advance, you'll even receive a surprise cake, and children get their own exclusive teddy bear, showcasing incredible attention to detail.
The room itself was a constant source of delight. The spacious and bright area, coupled with floor-to-ceiling windows, offered unobstructed views of either the Eiffel Tower or the city, which were particularly stunning when the lights came on at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the spacious bathroom featured a bathtub with a full set of stylish BYREDO toiletries. The daily replenishment of capsule coffee and mineral water also showed genuine thoughtfulness.
From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless and pleasant. Half of the sweet memories from this Macau trip came from the Conrad, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
Booked this last minute with a friend for our trip to Macau. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, staff came over to help with our luggage and guided us to check-in. The first thing I noticed when we got to the room was how spacious it felt compared to hotels in Hong Kong. It was also very clean, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. I'd definitely book here again if I come back to Macau.
After exiting Gongbei Port, I took the Studio City bus and got off at Studio City Macau, which is right where the Grand Hyatt is located. All the staff were very professional and polite.
The room was very clean, and our room directly faced MGM's golden lion statue 🦁. The entertainment noise started around 7:30 PM and usually ended by 12 AM.
The hotel is located in the casino hub, so to try local delicacies, you'll need to head to the old town near Senado Square.
Unacceptable Attitude from Front Desk and Lobby Security
My morning flight landed in Hong Kong, and after picking up my husband (who was utterly exhausted from his flight from Italy), we arrived in Macau around 11 AM. We immediately went to the front desk to inquire about an early check-in, as we were both extremely tired. Despite having called Ctrip beforehand (whose customer service was excellent and who confirmed they would arrange an early check-in if a room was available), the hotel flatly refused, insisting check-in was strictly at 3 PM.
We were forced to wait in the lobby. Exhausted, we eventually dozed off. A security guard then approached and *kicked our chair*, yelling loudly, ”Get up! Get up! Hey! Hey!” It was incredibly humiliating and made us feel like refugees. This wasn't a one-off incident either.
Unable to endure this treatment, I finally spoke to the lobby manager. His attitude and prompt action, however, were commendable. He immediately intervened with the front desk, and within half an hour, we were finally able to check into our room.
This entire experience was truly appalling and utterly disheartening.
My first stay at the Four Seasons. It was an excellent experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my bed type. I had noted it was for a birthday celebration, and shortly after arriving in the room, they sent up towels folded into candle shapes. While there wasn't any welcome fruit, we did receive some Jizai Bing (chicken biscuits) and a small birthday cake. The room was spotless; I didn't notice any dirty spots. RMB can be used for the security deposit. The swimming pool was fantastic – very photogenic and beautiful. Fresh fruit was available, and I heard there was Haagen-Dazs ice cream, though I didn't manage to get any myself.
The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was decent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. Once you've booked a room, you're expected to follow their rules with no flexibility whatsoever; in other words, they're quite rigid. The hotel's location is superb, right on Beijing Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel facilities are pretty standard.
This hotel is unforgettable for me!
From entering the lobby, check-in, welcome gift,24H butler service, bed at night, low noise, inexhaustible bottled water, 24H free ice/hot milk, chocolate milk, capsule coffee, USB charging plug, exquisite bathroom supplies, shower room without overflow problems, comfortable mattress, very cold A/C, special surprise, check-out, they taken care of carefully.
You must try their buffet. Make a reservation while you check-in, you will have a good prices.
I would like to say thank you to lovely butler Ivy and Sarah. No one is more considerate than your service. Thank you for your lovely hand-painted cards, balloons and St. Regis Bear,.Which made my daughter has a very unforgettable trip in Macau. Without your sweetness arrangement, the journey would have lost such special memories! We love you.
To the cutest and most considerate lobby service staff - Rocky. 😊Your enthusiasm and thoughtfulness have made every guest feel it, which will be the motivation for us to come back!
Service: Extremely satisfied. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and proactively informed us that we could see fireworks directly from our room at night. Due to an urgent work matter, I needed to extend my check-out, and after asking housekeeping, I was told we could stay until 12 PM free of charge. They also provided a universal power adapter for free.
Facilities: Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities. The *parking*, though, hahahaha, was quite inconvenient. But we took taxis everywhere anyway, so it didn't really matter to us. We went to the pool at night, around 9 PM, and it was completely empty – absolutely fantastic.
Our stay at The Londoner Macao was a truly delightful experience. Having visited Macau many times and stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say The Londoner offers exceptional value for money. Most hotels in Macau don't include breakfast, but here it's not only included, you can enjoy it all day long, which is both convenient and cost-saving for travelers! The day before check-in, the hotel butler proactively reached out via WeChat to understand our room preferences and personal needs. Knowing it was my birthday during the stay, the hotel surprised us by decorating the room and even providing a birthday cake! An unexpected surprise on our check-out day was a small birthday celebration arranged by the staff at Huating during breakfast, which touched my wife and me deeply! A special thank you to Alva, Alan Pu, and Mavis! We will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on our next visit!

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team.
From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness.
We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus.
The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
MM283506****Even though I didn't get to experience any of the special services, my family and I were very happy with our choice this time around. 👍👍👍 The hotel has a British style, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are new, clean, tidy, and free of any odd smells. The soundproofing is excellent, and the color scheme is elegant and refined, giving the whole place a grand and comfortable feel. The beds are 1.3 meters wide, which is plenty spacious – much more comfortable than some of the 1.1-1.2 meter ones! The sofa in the living area is also large enough for two people to sleep on. 😆 Especially the bathroom – it's huge, as big as the bedroom, clean, bright, and even has a smart toilet! 👍👍👍 All the snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary (extra items will be charged). You can capture so many beautiful views right outside the hotel entrance. 😁 The service was also excellent! When an issue came up unexpectedly, customer service helped resolve it immediately. 👍👍👍 There's 24-hour dining, so you'll never go hungry, though the prices depend on your personal budget. Overall, I give it a perfect score! 💯

AAnonymous UserThe room we chose had an excellent view, and with the current Alice in Wonderland theme, the garden design was truly fantastic. The only thing that bothered me the most was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people talking as they passed by in the corridor, which negatively impacted my sleep quality.
The hotel offers many dining options, and most of the staff were quite friendly. However, on the day we checked out and needed to take the shuttle bus, the attitude of one staff member was so bad that I really wanted to file a complaint. This experience alone is probably why I won't be staying here again. After all, there are so many other choices available.
GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.
AAfsaantjeI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lobby was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations — spacious, clean, and elegantly designed.
The hotel offers several restaurants, and we tried one of them during our stay. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You truly experience the luxury you’re looking for here.
Another great feature was the shuttle service to various locations, which made getting around so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
TTS527Facilities: They have everything you could ask for, including a swimming pool and spa.
Cleanliness: Spotless, no unpleasant odors whatsoever.
Environment: The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with entertainment venues, cinemas, and shopping malls all nearby. There's also a Don Quijote with great prices, so you don't need to make a separate trip for Japanese goods.
Service: Extremely responsive to all requests, very satisfied. The only minor point is that some staff members' Mandarin isn't great, so you might need to speak English. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering both Chinese and Western options, so you're sure to find something you like.

GGuest UserThe service at the Venetian is world class. Thanks to the brilliant service of Jonathan on reception, we actually booked an additional two nights at the hotel as we were so impressed.
The rooms are extremely spacious and clean with great views and comfy beds.
The hotel has a great selection of facilities like the swimming pools, gym and of course the canals and shopping mall. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it as the perfect central location for anyone wanting to visit Macau.
As a hotel guest, we also got a discount at the teamlab exhibition in the hotel. This is definitely worth visiting.
