The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅

This hotel is perfect if you want to relax. A quiet place with a lot of plants and garden. A lovely green resort. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. A special thanks goes to Hoàng. He was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect from start to finish! Smooth communication, a warm welcome in perfect English, and an ideal location in the heart of Tam Coc yet peaceful. Very comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Book without hesitation!

Room was comfortable, service was lovely and accommodating. A great location to many attractions making it convenient to get transportation. Theres a swimming pool with days beds, showers and bathroom were clean also provided shampoo & bodywash provided. Breakfast was not too bad, fruit platter and orange juice was complimentary. there's a koi fish pond and cute kitties and an elderly dog chilling at the home, a coffee shop linked to the hotel at the front with good options.

We were guided to another family-run homestay. It was better than Hangmuabambu Homestay and the food was delicious, so I wanted to stay longer. It was great to rest in the pavilion at the lotus lake at the foot of the mountain and swim with the mountain in the background. I really recommend Green Garden Homestay.

Great resort. Very big room, with beautiful bar, swimming pool, gym, kid’s playroom and big restaurant with good delicious food.  Nearby is the boat ride and 30mins drive to Bach Dinh Pagoda complex and 15 mins drive to Mua Cave etc. Great hospitality by all the staff. Location is safe with supermarkets and restaurants and cafes around. There are rooms at 2nd level. Recommend for families, friends and solo travellers.

Everything was perfect!!! The owner went beyond to make our stay the best as possible! We could check in early and also leave our luggage there until the bus trip time on our check out day. The room was very spacious and spotless clean, equipped with an amazing hot shower, a TV, hair-dryer, kettle, mini fridge and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was also great with an amazing Vietnamese style coffee. Location was also perfect and close to the main street and the river in Tam Coc but also in a quiet location... Everything walkable. The owner also rent motorbikes or bicycles for a good price. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We also had a beautiful view from our room on level 3. It's a local family owned Hotel, just perfect to learn about the beautiful Vietnamese culture.

Absolument parfait

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's convenient for visiting major attractions like Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. There aren't many dining options nearby. However, the breakfast provided by the hotel is decent, and the room size is good for two people. The bathroom is small but functional. The breakfast selection and taste are okay, but they started clearing everything away at 8:50 AM even though they claim service stops at 9:30 AM, which is really unreasonable. The front desk staff were friendly. The room's soundproofing isn't great, and it felt quite noisy, especially in the mornings. The mattress is large and comfortable. There's no shower curtain next to the bathtub in the bathroom, so water easily splashes out onto the floor.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. They have delicious food as well that you can try at the 11th floor plus the bonus of swimming on the rooftop with topnotch view of the city. surely I will keep on coming back.
