Hotels With spa in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam

Super sweet and new hotel. We were the first guests after renovation. We were fulfilled every wish and cared about us. We would certainly recommend that we continue and we would come back immediately. Since there is something outside, a roller for moving is very useful, it can be rented directly in the hotel. The landscape around it is beautiful. Clear recommendation 👍

The hotel and surroundings are amazing! Beautiful gardens all around you… the hotel is a big garden with villas that are actually houses. I loved it! The food at the restaurants are good and reasonable price. Good variety of food at breakfast. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great, staff is kind. Golf cars are available often to take you to the different facilities. Rental bikes in place, Spa and gym. Highly recommended even though a bit isolated from main sight seeings locations 20-30 min average but Grab (taxis) come quickly to pick you up when need it.

I'm a solo backpacker and I'm used to staying in small hostels. Wow, what a difference! It feels so good to be back in comfort! These are very comfortable bungalows. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, as does the Wi-Fi. The bathroom is spacious and hot water is readily available. There's even a swimming pool. The location is really nice: the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Tam Coc pier. This location allows you to be away from the hustle and bustle, in a very peaceful environment surrounded by rice paddies. There's no view directly from the hotel, but the surrounding area is beautiful and pleasant to explore. There are also several restaurants nearby. Breakfast is excellent, prepared on-site with several options to choose from. I particularly recommend the honey pancakes, which were delicious. They are served with fresh fruit and juice. It's also possible to rent scooters or bicycles, as well as book transfers and various activities directly on site. I highly recommend this place, whether you're a solo backpacker looking for a comfortable break, a couple, or a family. The quality-to-comfort ratio is excellent. The family who runs the place is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

We had a wonderful stay over the Tet holiday. The hotel is located in downtown Tam Coc but just off a small side street, so little to no street noise from the main road. The room was just as pictured, very spacious and welcoming. Kettle and fridge are provided. No tea or coffee in the room but available in the reception area. We had a mountain view and little balcony area where we could watch fireworks on Tet eve. Breakfast was made to order and there were many choices to pick from. We loved the omelette and baguette. The service and hospitality of the owners was amazing. Even though they had may guests, we still felt cared for. We were able to do laundry with them, they rented a scooter to us for 3 days and provided a nice map of the area with notable landmarks. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Ninh Binh.

We also stayed at this hotel in Ninh Binh. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, although there were a few things that could be improved. The location is good, surrounded by beautiful greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The road leading to the hotel is a bit bumpy, but it’s manageable. We stayed in a bungalow, which was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The only issue with the bungalow was the strong smell of incense. It was noticeable throughout our stay and didn’t seem to disappear. I’m quite sensitive to strong scents, so it was a little uncomfortable for me. I’m not sure whether it was used to keep mosquitoes away or for another reason. Our biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it didn’t look very clean. We noticed insects floating in the water, including a cockroach, and there was quite a lot of kids, so we decided not to swim. Apart from those issues, the hotel was enjoyable. The peaceful surroundings, lush greenery, and kind staff made for a relaxing stay. If the pool were maintained better and the strong incense smell reduced, the experience would have been much better.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

Was upgraded to a room with bathtub but it’s on the lower floor where I need to access via metal and wooden staircase. Toilet is also on lower floor and quite inconvenient for me at night. I also encountered quite a few bugs in the room maybe due the nature environment . The hotel shower equipment is hard to adjust to get right temperature. Quite disappointing. Overall the hotel is nice and the food is very delicious as I dined in the restaurant

My stay at the hotel was perfect: the room was clean and quiet, the staff helped me out a lot when I got sick, owner showed me the map and what I can do around. Very important thing: they have absolutely stunning bikes to rent. New, not broken as everywhere and very comfortable to use for long distances. Also they have small cafe at the territory and  western style coffee was absolutely great there. I didn’t eat at the hotel apart of breakfast so can’t say anything about the food. I would only add more western style options for the breakfast such as simple omelet // sunny side up.  Overall everything was great, thank you!

This is the best hotel in Ninh Binh. The windows offer a stunning view of the karst cliffs and rice fields, with floor-to-ceiling stained glass across the entire wall. Everything is clean and beautiful, and the rooftop pool has a magnificent view. The service is excellent. The location is very convenient, not far from the center, and the views are captivating – right from the bed! 🔥🔥🔥 The only downside is that there's a table under the windows downstairs, and in the evening, there were loud shouts and conversations, while I craved peace and quiet and the sound of birds. It's a shame I had to check out and find another hotel because due to some holidays, the prices increased 2-3 times. I'm still in Ninh Binh, and I'm enchanted by this lovely town. I haven't found a better hotel with such insane views. There are many hotels in Ninh Binh, but for some reason, none of them have beautiful views. This hotel is top-notch! ❤️❤️❤️ In the evening, there's also beautiful ambient lighting in the room.
