Guest UserOverall, I liked the hotel. The service at the reception was excellent. The ladies were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel grounds are very large and beautiful, with two huge pools, one of which has a jacuzzi. We only had breakfast, and I enjoyed the food. While there wasn't a massive variety of dishes, what was offered was tasty and of good quality. The restaurant area was beautifully and comfortably decorated. However, I didn't like the room itself. The rooms feel old and are in need of renovation. Generally, throughout the hotel and its grounds, there's a sense that things need an update and refresh. There was an old, musty smell in the room. I don't understand why there's carpet in the room; it really detracts from the appearance and contributes to the smell. On the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers, especially given how large the hotel is and how many guests it accommodates. Overall, the hotel is good, but next time I'd return to the neighboring Riviera, where I've also stayed. The Riviera is cleaner and cozier. The grounds there are smaller, but as a result, everything feels more well-maintained and beautiful.

Guest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! We stayed here in early July '26. The entertainment team was superb – both for adults and kids! There were fun activities all day long, from morning exercises and stretching to aqua aerobics. In the evenings, there were always shows, dancing, and singing, and during the day, we had bingo, darts, and more. The animators were brilliant, always in a great mood, and incredibly active! You could drop your child off at the kids' club from morning till evening, but our 10-year-old was independent enough to explore on her own.
The grounds are cozy and very well-maintained.
Food variety is excellent, and the alcoholic drinks are of good quality. They literally have food available 24/7, which we've never encountered before – amazing!
The sea is crystal clear, and the sand is soft, but be aware of the serious low tides. To really enjoy a good swim, you need to go before lunch; after that, you have to walk quite a bit to reach a decent depth. Also, for the last two days, there was some biting plankton, which made swimming a bit uncomfortable.
The rooms are good, and housekeeping is excellent.
Staff are responsive, friendly, and always respectful with a smile.
The only slight downside to our holiday was the lack of a pharmacy within walking distance. We had to take a taxi to the next village. It wasn't a huge deal though; it cost 350,000 dong for a round trip (called by the guys at reception), taking about 20-25 minutes each way. The taxi driver waited for us there.
Overall, the hotel is magnificent! I recommend it to everyone!

체리ㅋEverything was perfect: the swimming facilities, breakfast, and dinner. While it was a bit pricey, it was worth it. The staff at the restaurant and by the pool were incredibly friendly. However, why were the staff at check-in and check-out, which are the most important parts, so unfriendly? Especially the male staff member during early morning check-out seemed bothered, and when I asked questions, he was unhelpful. What was even more absurd was the taxi situation. I was told it would be 250,000 VND to the airport, so I gave the driver 500,000 VND and asked for change. He then said, 'You're leaving the country anyway, so you don't need it, just give it as a tip.' When I insisted on getting my change back, he pretended not to understand, just laughing. I was so dumbfounded and short on time that I just left, but whether this was coordinated with the hotel staff or not, it was really absurd, and my pleasant stay ended on a sour note from the moment of check-out. The staff in the hotel lobby should be the friendliest, but they were frowning and expressionless. It honestly feels like the restaurant staff would be a better fit for the lobby.

K. RogozhnikovThe hotel is located on the second row from the beach, about a 7-10 minute walk to the sea. There's a VinMart supermarket nearby, along with many other shops and cafes.
The room is spacious and clean. The air conditioning and plumbing work perfectly.
While there's daily wet cleaning, its quality leaves a bit to be desired.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including both local and European cuisines.
The staff are polite and helpful, always ready to assist.
There's a large and clean swimming pool on the 4th floor, as well as a fitness center and spa.
We were very satisfied with the hotel and recommend it.

Anna_RekviWe just got back home. The hotel and service were truly excellent – everything was beautiful, and the rooms were impressive. However, this isn't really a family-friendly hotel. It's more suited for couples or families with toddlers, as children over 5 might find it boring here. The kids' club is small and geared towards very young children. They have a mini slide and a warm (even hot) pool. Do note that the hotel is mostly filled with Korean guests. There's a teen room with two arcade machines, foosball, and a PS5.
Breakfast: I really enjoyed the breakfast – high-quality products, delicious cappuccinos, smoothies, and fresh juices. Having stayed at the 'Aquamarine' hotel before, I have a good basis for comparison.
Dining: The hotel only offers breakfast. There are three restaurants on site: an Italian one by the sea, a seafood restaurant, and a Vietnamese one. Approach the kids' menu with caution – it's very limited and mainly caters to Korean tastes. Prices can also be a bit disappointing: there's a 23% service charge and tax that isn't listed on the menu, only on the final bill. The Italian restaurant is lovely, and the sound of the sea in the evening at sunset is amazing. I recommend trying the truffle pizza, pasta, burger, and Iberico pork – they're truly delicious. The only thing I didn't particularly like were the cocktails at the beach bar.
Activities: The hotel offers yoga classes with an excellent instructor – pure relaxation, followed by Tabata. However, you need to request the schedule upon check-in as it's not provided upfront. There are also paid pottery classes. There's a rafting experience, which is very long and enjoyable.
A special highlight is the private beach, with few people and super clear water.
To sum up, the hotel is new and stands out from other hotels in Cam Ranh. We've stayed at many hotels, and they all seemed old and not very appealing. The JW Marriott is truly great, and I loved it. I would return, but only with my husband, as our child might get bored here. It's a place for complete relaxation and a private getaway.
They always provide plenty of bottled water, and the room is tidied up again in the evening with various complimentary amenities. I was delighted by these small touches. The shampoo and conditioner were excellent; they made my hair feel like silk.

G. YamHad a fantastic stay at An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views of the bay. The villa was spacious, private, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. A peaceful and luxurious retreat that exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Guest UserWhat I liked: the hotel's location and its beautiful grounds. It's especially striking after being in the city center. The rooms are great, and the buggies will take you anywhere you need to go. Sometimes there's a short wait, but usually no more than 5-7 minutes. The foam party with a DJ was fun. Don't be fooled by video reviews from 2024 or earlier – breakfast has gone downhill. We ate at Windy, where there were plenty of free tables.
What I didn't like was the staff's attitude…
There are cockroaches. Towels weren't changed for 2 days! They even re-hung a dirty towel with the squashed remains of a cockroach on it, after flicking the cockroach onto the corridor floor. I had to go twice to ask them to change the towels, clean the floor, and replace the bed linen, which had mold stains.
My suggestion: you can't be so neglectful towards guests. Improve your cleaning standards.

Rambo SFantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants.
The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view).
Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced.
E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.

sunsearch_agentOverall, the stay was fine — clean room, good location, no major issues. However, there was one strange situation. We asked for a couple of glasses for the room, but were told they were ”breakable” and couldn't be provided. Fair enough, we then asked for paper cups instead, but those were refused as well. It's a bit odd, considering the room has a fully equipped kitchenette, yet you have to go and practically beg for basic items like glasses. I wasn't asking for pots and pans, just a couple of glasses. Other than that, everything was okay.

Guest UserThis all-inclusive hotel is awesome! The food variety is great; kids always have something to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have pasta, cutlets, mashed potatoes, and fries. There's a good selection of fruits too, like papaya, watermelon, bananas, apples, dragon fruit, and more. The only thing missing was mango. This is the first hotel we've stayed at on this trip that serves tea from a pot, not disposable bags. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are various drinks available: Americano coffee, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, green tea, black tea, and other beverages. There are no freshly squeezed juices or smoothies though. In the mornings, there are activities at the pools, including water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga by the pool, darts, and archery for kids every day. Everything runs on schedule. In the evenings, there are discos for children, followed by discos for adults. During the day, there's a foam party at the aqua park with music and drinks. Both pools offer a variety of drinks all day, including alcoholic ones. You can order food from the restaurant to your room. There's also a buffet at another restaurant. The beach has plenty of sun loungers, enough for everyone. The sand is soft, and the sea entry is shallow. About 90% of the guests are Russian. At the reception, there are always two staff members who speak fluent Russian daily. Even if you call reception from your room, they hear Russian speech and transfer you to Russian-speaking staff. The animators are Egyptian guys, but they speak Russian well. There's a shallow pool for toddlers, a large multi-depth pool with slides in the aqua park, and two other large pools on the property – one by the restaurant and another near the shore. The pool water is clean. Towels are provided at all pools and the beach using a card given at check-in. I loved everything! There's always a wide selection of food, including even crocodile and frogs. Kids have plenty to do, and in the evenings, there are discos for adults.
